I ordered from them in September. I have yet to receive my order. I messaged them on fb and they told me it was shipped out in October and would arrive in 30 to 35 days. It is now January 1st and I have yet to see my order. I complained again and they told me to check with my local post office because they mailed it out. I will never do business with them again. That was a huge waste of time and money.

This online clothing store has great clothes, jewellery, basically items for cheap and affordable prices. There is also an in style, trendy, chic fashion sense on their clothing. I would order there again. My only problem is that their material for the clothing is very cheap i. E the threads are sticking out all ends, the material is worn out and very thin (not of quality). But it is a good place to shop especially shoes.
Spent about 200euro on different items and was the biggest mistake I might as well have thrown my money in the toilet! Clothes look nothing like they do in the pictures, the quality and stitching is awful, delivery charge and time is terrible. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

My order was placed on 25 October. Mid-December, I logged on the website to check its status and found out that it was still unshipped. I opened a ticket with their customer service asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. The very next day, I received an email saying that this very order was now shipped, but that there were two items missing due to they being out of stock.
I opened another ticket upon receiving my order (which, by the way, was rather disappointing quality-wise) to enquire about the missing items. I was offered to choose other items to replace those that couldn't be delivered. Again, the items I chose were not in stock. I thought it would be easier to just give up and have the two items refunded - boy, was I wrong. It turns out that the customer rep is adamant that a replacement order has been sent out and that I owe money to cover the shipping costs! Of course, this new order is nowhere to be found in my customer account, nor is there a single invoice available.
I have never seen a company requesting customers to pay the shipping costs for a replacement order. Nor have I had to deal with customer reps writing so rudely (example: Your dress has been sent. Have you paid?). Urgh. This was my first and last order. I would certainly not recommend buying anything from them.

My husband suggested me to have a look if Sammydress got a bad rate on Forum or somewhereelse before getting myself in but I didn't listen to him because I really thought that Sammydress seems to be "Professional" for carrying on their business. BUT I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!
I just got one email after 3 weeks of time that there are only 3 of 7 clothes that I have ordered available. And asked me if I wanted to modify my order to get other clothes instead (for 6 months of waiting again.?) or get refund which I have really doubt if I would have it.!
So, I decided to wait and I do really pray that I will get all of clothes that I have ordered soon. Even I'm not sure at all about products quality (as so many complaints of other customes on this website.)

This is my second time buying from this site and I have to say the first time was okay it took 50 years to come in the mail but it was decent. However, this past October I ordered from here and it NEVER EVER received it. I contacted them on numerous occasions to simply see what the problem was and NEVER EVER heard back from them. I ordered a handbag on Oct 6,2013 and almost 3 months! The item has not arrived. After several inquiry through their site and twice my 70 year old mom went to post office to check (they said to check, so she did, and it was for my mom's birthday)...
How far is China from Singapore? I'm not asking a question. I know how far it is... Does it take 3 months to get the item shipped?

I ordered from Sammydress twice and happy with the overall purchase.
The sizing can be a little confusing and the models are bit smaller then what we expect so it might not be long as we thought or big as we thought.
Other than that, the quality of clothes were good for the money you pay for and shipping costs weren't too bad if you do expedited shipping, which seem to be cheaper.
They were very courteous in getting back to me on my delayed shipping and was able to expedite all of the shipments for the delayed items which I've paid for but still some of them do not even do this.
Communication was easy and would def. Buy from them again.

I have ordered twice now from Sammy Dress and both times I have been very happy with my purchases. The shipping is slow, I will have to say I have had to wait a long time for my items to arrive, but that is expected overseas. I have found their prices some of the lowest on the internet and I have received some really amazing items... including a new swimsuit, sexy bedroom wear, jewelery and an amazing pair of skinny jeans! I have recently even placed another order from them for another new swimsuit and can't wait to get it in the mail! They were very nice and very helpful. They notified me that one if my items was out of stock so I switched it with a different item and got the order within the next week. Overall i would say great customer service and great product!
