I ordered a pair of Christmas leggings for a holiday party in late Decemeber. The order was placed in mid November of 2013. After the party came and went I followed up on my order which still wasn't here because they were "out of stock" although they were in stock at the time of my order over a month prior and I didn't receive any information suggesting otherwise. Once I received the email from their customer service I explained I had needed them for a specific event and since they were on back order and I had already waited a month I would like to cancel my order and wanted a refund The next day I received an email stating my merchandise that was on back order shipped and I would receive it in approximately 25 days. Seriously? So I emailed back demanding a refund since I had aske prior to them fake sending my package I have yet to receive any comments back and the package arrived Christmas Eve. So I figured I would let it go and I would use the pants as another gift for my 5 foot thin daughter, until I opened the package. The material was cute but the pants were a complete joke! The length wise fit my 3 foot tall 4 year old with the waist of an average built woman. They were sewn barely. Holes in all the seams and string hanging from each place they let off the sewing machine. I don't mean a string here or there. I mean It looked like shotty fringe So I emailed customer service and here I sit with no help or answers. All that delay and lack of customer service the only thing they were speedy on is taking my money from my account. Do not use this site. I've talked to a few people since with similar experiences. The price is right but you don't get what you ordered if your order gets to you at all. Horrible horrible experience. Oh and to find out now their site and your personal information isn't protected as they are a Chinese company that really is only out to get your money

I made a big order at sammydress.com but a parcel with half of it was missed and than returned to the seller. I wrote to the support center a lot of times. The first ticket was closed without solving the problem, the result of the next ticket was promise to refund money for not received items in a week, in the next ticket they promised make a return again. But after two months of waiting I still did not get a refund.
And some of the items I've got are not answer the description on the site (the dress was 15cm shorter).

CHAT ROOM KEEP AVOIDING MY QUESTION NEVER ANSWER ME AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS. KEVIN AND JOY BOTH OF THEM ARE IGNORING ME AND THAT's AN ACCEPTABLE. WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY ORDERED? Something tellsme they are stealing our money. Thinking bout suing if I don't get my money back... IF THOSE STUFF WASN'T IN STOCK THEY SHOULDN'T BE PUTTING UP IN THE WEBSITE! I ALREADY REPORT 4 TIMES AND STILL NO ANSWER...

My first experience with sammydress.com was very easy and pleasant, I am very happy with the quality of the products, shoes are very commfortable and pretty, with my second purchase I have some problems, more related to the stock available, I asume these problems are related to this time of the year (december) but the people of the support center of sammydress were always in contact with me, and they helped me in anyway possible, I´m waiting for my second shipping to arrive in the next days.

Terrible customer service. I ordered quite a few items. There were items missing from my order and they tried to get me to just order more instead of giving me a refund. I told them I didn't want to reorder (you end up paying so much in shipping and duty that it becomes way more expensive than you thought). The issue has never been resolved so I have had to pay them for items never received, meaning they stole my money. I am extremely angry.

I learned about Sammy Dress while browsing the web for a nice online store. It is a great website with new products being uploaded every day. I usually shop dresses and have found many that caught my attention. I eagerly ordered three dresses from the shop and was very happy with the dress. All of them fit me very well, and the quality of the materials were also quite high. I usually do not like online shopping because I have gotten many products that do no look like the photo on the site. However, I was very pleased with the products from Sammy Dress, and I am wiling to shop again from the shop in the future.

Para mi, hasta ahora, comprar en sammydress ha sido satisfactorio. Antes de realizar mi orden vi algunos reviews y a algunas personas no les había ido bien, pero a mi parecer es por su propio descuido ya que el problema que yo más veía era el de las tallas pero si tu te mides y luego ves las tallas de la ropa no deberías tener ningún problema.
Hice una compra de dos pared de botas y un sueter. El precio fue muy bueno, mucho más barato de lo de las tiendas de USA y con la misma calidad.
El sueter me quedó muy bien, a pesar de que era Unitalla.
El inconveniente que tuve en mi compra fue el tiempo de processing, que fue de alrededor de 3 semanas, ahora sé que la ropa a veces se les termina y deben esperar a que llegue más, es por eso el tiempo de espera que a veces es tan largo, pero eso se soluciona preguntando antes en el Chat si los productos que quieres estan en stock, ellos muy amablemente responden siempre.
Estoy muy satisfecha con mi compra y definitivamente volveré a comprar en sammydress.

I have ordered numerous things from Sammy Dress and I have to say that I love the website. It's great for finding discounted prices on items that are more expensive like a beauty blender that I brought there. The products are not only extremely cheap but are good quality. I definitely recommend this website and I find if you have a spare $1-$10 to spend just go on the site and you could find a lot of things to buy with cheap shipping.

This site has an amazing amount and a huge variety of items you can choose from. But here's the thing, shipping is very, very slow. Customer service is prompt, but I had to cancel two of my orders because after messaging them I was informed that my items will not be ready for another several weeks. I just wish their site shows a more clear view of which items are available to ship out. Even their "ships in 24 hours" tag on items is very misleading. I would still shop on there again, but I would just have to prepare myself to play the waiting game.

Bueno a mi mr parece un muy buen sitio pata comprar, de las paginas chinas que conozco es la más barato, el tiempo de envio corresponde al mismo por el que pague, y todo fue muy claro con respecto al pago, no me presentaron ningún cargo oculto, mi único inconveniente hasta ahora es que eh pedido cosas que salen de la tienda cuando mi pedido se está procesado. El material de las cosas que eh comprado es bueno, y para el precio tan barato es muy muy bueno. Has ahora sólo eh pedido ropa pero ya pedí algunas otras cosas que aún no han llegado. Ellos tienen algunas opciones de envió más rápidas que otras yo siempre escojo la más barata así que tarda más en llegar pero aparte de eso todo hasta hoy ah estado bien. Sí tengo algún inconveniente se los haré saber aunque jo co que los tenga. Con respecto al la cancelación de una orden me regresaron todo el dinero sin ningún problema.

I am actually a bit confused because my experience with Sammydress.com has NOT been--THANK GOD--like anything these people are saying. It's been pretty good. I started shopping with them October 2013. Since then, I have purchased 2 blouses, 1 dress, 4 rings, 3 pairs of earrings, and 1 coat. So far, I have received all of my items in tact without any dilemmas. Quality of the material is actually really good; it's like buying clothes from a mall. A caveat: I am a size 2 in dresses; S in shirts; and I am about 5'4 or 5'5 so their stuff fits me pretty well. If you are not a small person, be careful of the measurements. One strange experience: I purchased my coat in December. It was delivered to the post office, but was sent back to them because I was out of town and could not pick it up, but that was all my fault. I was emailing them back and forth--they were always very courteous and helpful--and now the lady said I was to be receiving a refund since I never got my coat. I rated 4 stars and not 5 because I have not received my refund yet. Overall, I like the website and the quality of most of the products. Yes, shipping takes awhile but it's coming from China; of course it's going to take a bit of time to get to you. If I get my refund as the lady said I would be, I will most likely be shopping from them again.
