I live in England, there's always plenty of shops and good variety of clothes for women. However my daughter wanted me to buy her holiday clothes from Sammy dress, I looked at the reviews which were both good and bad. I decided to just go ahead and buy her a total of 12 dresses. Only 8 were posted out and when I contacted Sammy dress they told me the rest were out of stock. The dresses did take a long time to arrive maybe 20 days. The dresses were nice but were too small and of poor quality. Everything seemed ok until I received an invoice from Fred Ex stating I owed them for the delivery of the Sammy dress parcel. This was a great shock! As I had already paid Sammy dress for the delivery, I contacted Sammy dress and they were not accepting liability although Fred ex did state this was an admin mistake on their part. They would not refund me my postage. I will never order from this site again the clothes are designed for Chinese women not the international market. You always end up getting what you paid for and this is no exception!

I ordered dresses for my daughters party. I placed the order on 11/22. I inquired as to when they would ship and they emailed me saying they shipped on 12/7. I tried to track the package through their website, it lists package not found. The link they provide opens to a blank page. I have placed another customer service ticket asking for more tracking information. It has been a month already. I did order another dress in the summer and received it. I am becoming very frustrated as I need these dresses immediately (10 of the same dress) and it was $200 worth of dresses.

1) $37x3 - triple refund for all the hassle and a lot of time and frustration spent with you. You only made a $31 refund so far, which even doesn't make a one full refund. I don't believe your math is so bad!
2) To be able to leave my reviews on your website. You just filter out all negative reviews at the moment. This is unbelievable! I have all screenshots to prove that I left them. All this will be provided to consumer protection organizations.

Made an order on the 23rd September and to this day have never received the goods I paid for. (It's now December). First they said delivery would be 15-25 days from the despatch date which was 2 weeks after my order date. When that came and went, they told me it would take up to 45 days, when that came and went they then told me it should take 30 days?!(Bizzaar) They also told me about a month after I'd paid for the order, that the sneakers I'd ordered (because their site said they were available) were out of stock. After quite afew emails, I eventually received a refund for the sneakers but have still not received the other goods I ordered. Will not deal with this site again.

What a terrible experience. I ordered on September 9th and they said they shipped my order on October 3rd, it is now December 18th. It has been 55 working days and still nothing. When I open a ticket they ask me to "wait patiently". They told me by dec 10th if it has not shown up then to send them another email. After sending them an email on dec 14th they told me to wait until the 10th of december again. It was the exact same email as before. Its as if they just tried to brush me off.
