Too be honest, in comparison to a lot of people, I had a great experience buying from sammydress.com. The problem is, lots of them don't know how to buy online. I received my items, all of them were great. Costumer service responded as I wanted, maybe not within 24h, but remember most of us are in different time zones, what do you expect? Regarding the shipping time, if you choose flat rate shipping it will take a while, but it is mentioned very clearly on the website, so I actually don't understand the complaints about this. Patience is a virtue! I never waited for more than one month, and my last two orders only took 2 weeks to arrive after processing! I love sammydress and will keep on shopping on their site!

I ordered a blazer on 29th of November and paid more than the amount of blazer to get it delivered within 3-5 business days. It showed processing till one week and received my order after another 8 days. But to my surprise, I didnt receive what I ordered. Instead of a blazer, they sent me 2 evening gowns meant for ladies...! I immediately wrote to them regarding my situation, giving all my details along with the pictures of the item i received.
I got a reply after 24 hrs asking for my order number (even after providing with one in the first ticket) and suggesting "do not hesitate to contact if I need more help." I sent them my order number again to which they replied again after more than 24 hrs asking me if I am sure about this order number, because they couldnt find it in their system.!
They have already delivered me wrong items and now they can't find me in their system.!

I ordered a blouse and a robe, and admittedly the wait was long, but that is understandable since the items are being shipped from China to the US. I made an order on 9/27/2013. Today is 12/14/2013 and I have yet to receive the item. I chose the flat rate shipping option, which claims to take 7-25 business days. It's been way over 25 business days and I am absolutely frustrated. I sent in tickets determined to find answers and they told me to wait even longer. If I didn't get my purchase within the next five days I could resend them a ticket and they would settle it. After I sent in the ticket, they said the package was probably lost and asked me to give them 5 more dollars to have them resend it... DESPITE ME BUYING INSURANCE FOR THE ITEM. I asked them for a full refund, but honestly I don't think they'll be giving it to me. This site is definitely a scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this site. Spread the word. I had placed an order for a pair of shoes with the number MM**************, on the 19th of October which arrived on the 29th of November, 40 days later instead of the estimate time of 20 days. This was a great disappointment for me because the session changed completely and the event I wanted to use it for passed. However, the greatest problem was that the size is very very tiny. I ordered a 38EU size. I can not confirm if that was the exact size of the shoes I received as there is nowhere written on the bottom of the shoe, but they don t fit me at all. When i put it on i definitely needed 1,5 size more (39,5-40). It is impossible my foot to have grown. I always wear 38 and i don t have problem with other companies. I assume they have made a wrong sizing. These problems might happen but i am furious with the representative of the company that said there is nothing we can do (we sent a 38), they don' t exchange with the right size not even refund me. I WANT ALL POTENTIAL COSTUMERS TO KNOW WHAT WHEN THEY ORDER SHOES THEY MIGHT GET CHINESE SIZES, SO VERY TINY! Unfortunately, they -as I did- can only confirm if they get what they asked for only when they receive it and then the company does not correct the inconvenience. So GOOD LUCK!

TOTAL CRAP! I ordered a ton of things from this site because it just looked so good and reasonable. First off, most of my items of clothing were literally trash! I had my housekeeper use them as rags. The Only one item I liked was a piece of cheap jewelry. My main issue was, I tried to call and email because I had not received all my products, I never got any feed back or money back. I literally called them for a week straight. The Asian lady on phone, who didn't speak any English, she was very rude and hung up on me. I finally sent NUMEROUS emails and I've NEVER heard back from them. It's been 4 months since I emailed them, no response yet. I would NOT recommend doing any business with them. Product is junk and customer service is WORSE!

I purchased few items on this order. I was not happy with all of them but especially the leggings that bought. On the website it showed high-waisted leggings. What I received was a poor quality leggings with waistband like a long john. It did not even have a proper flat waist. The leggings were $6 but with tax and shipping, it came around $17. Of course, I did not expect a top quality since it was so cheap, but this was just ridiculous. When I inquired about this, the said that it was the right product they have in the warehouse, and the will offer $3 refund. When I told them about the actual price of the product and tax/shipping fee, they offered $6 refund. They also offered 6% discount coupon but that will only be $1 or $2 since all their items are cheap. It is partially my fault, that I should have know that you get what you pay for. So buy from Sammy Dress if you just want to save money and get cheap and poor quality clothes, or even sometimes risk not getting the right product (or not at all based on the other reviews I've read below). Even though it looks nice and good quality on the photos, it may not be the right representation of the product you are buying because they will send you a different product and claim that it's the right one. Don't trust the photos. To make things worse, I was not happy with any of the products I purchased in this order.
