Sammy Dress

The product is half the size as it was ordered. Items are not sized even close to what they are supposed to be. I would love to send pictures but of course, Sammy Dress website will not accept them. After everything, Sammy Dress only wants to refund 20% of my total order. So I pay over a Hundred dollars, they send the wrong item or size, (its sized for Asian people) and I still end up paying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM ARTIST PER PAYPAL, AS SOON AS THEY SEEN WHO I WAS TALKING ABOUT, SHE SAID THEY ARE A BAD COMPANY TO BUY FROM. THEY HAVE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS

I purchase a swimming costumer from Sammy Dress, first of all it took 2 months to arrive, the tracking I paid for didnt work and customer service never gets back to you... the item is a poor reflection of the actual photo, the quality is unbelievable bad, the cut is horrific, the fabric is not swimmer fabric, it is see through all over as it has no lining and the size was absolutely huge. They wouldn't give me a refund even though it was obviously not the size I needed even after I measure myself carefully before ordering, they said they would only give me a refund if I sent it back with tracking details to china which from Australia would cost more than the item itself, even though I sent them photos showing all of these issue, so basically there was nothing I could do even though I purchased with Pay Pal... dodgy company and stock I would NEVER purchase from this company again... be warned..

Sammydress im so glad I found this website when I was searching to buy loads of dresses and tops, due to afterbirth of my beautiful son. I've gain so much weight non of my outfit fits me. I just can't believe the customer service is extremely good as I received a response within 24hours of my question I sent them. Their delivery time is fast effective, the material of the outfit is what it says on the website no misconfusion. I'm very satisfied overall of my purchase with them. Being a new customer I was extremely happy to received a discount at my first sale and further more purchase I have done with them.
I've already had my 5 orders I made with them and all of them arrived within 7 to 10days of my purchase.
I've already put more items in my basket to buy end of June, looking forward to it, as they've already given me a discount code in my mail and points to use to save money when I purchase. Thank you sammydress.

When your gut tells you to do something, DO IT. I usually alwayssss deal with EBAY i was being cheap i found this dress on sammydress and i learned you get what you pay for. Being cheap caused such aggravation! Their customer service sucks to the utmost! I am livid with them and will NEVER everrrrrrrrrrrrr order from them every again! It shouldnt take this long to process a return, for customer service to get back to you or speak to period! If you have any sense dont order from them, go to ebay and get it!

UPDATE** still nothing - October 16,2013. Not a word and definitely none of my stuff has arrived... Filed a complaint with paypal. This place is a scam and all the idiots posting how much they like it - get a real life. You're liars.

Well - you guys complain about a week to wait - a month? Pfffft! Im in canada. I ordered July5th - it didnt leave there until July18th! Guess what - Sept27th - hmmm still nothing! Over a dozen emails back and forth with "Coco" - couldnt be more rude! Ugh HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

I love Sammy Dress! Their prices are very affordable! And there clothes are one of a kind. You will not be disappointed. I recommend to everyone shopping on a budget. ☺

I ordered shoes for my wedding from this web site, once they took my money I emailed them about my shipment they told me they do not have my shoes in stock (20 days after) asked me if I wanted to exchange the shoes for another similar pair... I asked about 4 different pairs and none of them were in stock... very unprofessional poor customer service. They take your money and you dont see your order... they dont PUT OUT OF STOCK before you pay its a scam... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... its a cheap seller probably located somewhere in China... NOT WORTH IT ALL I AM very upset because I counted on these shoes for my big day its just FRAUD! AGAIN PEOPLE STAY AWAY!

All the itens I have bought at Sammydress, have great quality and they're things that I don't find here I Brazil (Well, I've never seen here). And you can watch your item traveling around the world with the shipping number, I guess it reforces the security. Totally amazing.

My experience with this site is far from being perfect, but honestly I must say I've come to rely on them as time passed by. Up-to-date, I've made twenty orders with them, and except for some cases in which the shipment got delayed, or I had to change my order or ask for partial refunds (which, by the way, I always received sooner or later), I always got what I had asked for. It's true some times I made mistakes with the items I ordered (not the size or the shape I needed), but it just took me some time to know my own body and the type of clothes fitting it to buy Sammydress products with confidence (really important because you cannot see the product by yourself). I'm also quite satisfied with their customer support, they have always answered my queries and solved my doubts. I will be making more orders in the future because their prices fit my economic possibilities and their products are fashionable and original, I cannot see their styles in my country, and for me that's a blow of fresh air. Again, I can feel confident buying in Sammydress, and I know they will go on working to improve customer satisfaction.

The items are cheap, the shipping can take longer than expected some times, but eventually they arrive. If you have a problem contact them on facebook or other social media they answer quickly. I have sent tickets and never got an answer, but got and answer and my problem solved right away through facebook. Some of their dresses are too short, but they tell you the lenght so you can not blame them for not paying attention to what you are buying. Th
Eir measurements fit the real items. The quality of the items is usually medium to high. The best you can get for the price. I have been overal satisfied by their items altough I can say it's sad the shipping takes so long. But usually the items are worth the wait
