Why do I order something for Christmas and I get a dirty coat. They don't respond promptly or almost not at all. What kind of service is that? Then they are charging me to send it back when it wasn't my error in the first place then they try to brush me off by offering to get it cleaned. I don't want it cleaned I want it replaced shipping reimbursed. That's what good customer service is. I would NOT recommend anyone shop here if this is what the outcome will be. I'm livid my son doesn't have a coat because this business doesn't know how to properly run a business.


I should know better by now than to shop as these bootleg online sites. I saw 2 nice affordable wigs that i thought i would like. I finaly get them and its 2 of the same #1 and #2 they look bad. I reach out to customer service like the site says. They reply 2x and when i asked for the return address like they said they would provide, they stop replying. So with that being said dont bother ordering from them the pix did NOT match the items they sent me at all.

Tip for consumers:
dont bother. if the item isnt what you thought they will stop responding to you. What kind of customer service is that ?!!

i didnt use anything i sent the items back because they werent what i expected and 1 wasnt 1 that i paid for.


This site used to be legit over the last 2yrs idk what happened. I ordered a watch last wk it came todaynot at allwhat i orderedand i can't get on the site or call. Wth?! I want to get a refund. I willnot be doingshopping any more withthis site idk whathappened to you guys


When your gut tells you to do something, DO IT. I usually alwayssss deal with EBAY i was being cheap i found this dress on sammydress and i learned you get what you pay for. Being cheap caused such aggravation! Their customer service sucks to the utmost! I am livid with them and will NEVER everrrrrrrrrrrrr order from them every again! It shouldnt take this long to process a return, for customer service to get back to you or speak to period! If you have any sense dont order from them, go to ebay and get it!

dont bother ! get it from ebay at least they get back to you and have good customer service !
