AVOID AT ALL COST! I ordered two items from them in October and they have yet to come. I paid for a tracking number with my package, however I never received any updates except that my order supposedly shipped. I e-mailed them to tell them that I had not received my order and they kept telling me to wait 7-15 days past the expected arrival date. Their customer service is horrible and they do not resolve anything! I even asked for my money back because I never got my items. They told me that I couldn't have a refund because it had already shipped and it was nothing they could do! This company is a complete scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
I read all the reviews and started to worry, will I get my order? Well I did, and I love my shirt I ordered! For those of you complaining about shipping and how long it takes, if you order from over seas you will be waiting at least a month, this is not the first time or my last time ordering from over seas, obviously some of you are really impatient and have no clue that it takes longer to process and ship there then the states. I ordered on the 5th of December and received my package on the 22nd of December so not too bad, I thought sometime in January, FYI this is not a fake review I live in Minnesota so yeah have a great day!

Hi I just recently bought and recieved from this website. I did not seam to have the issues some others have. I ordered and then recieved within a resonable amount of time. I bought a variety of items kids clothes, gifts, mobile accessories and kitchen items. The quality of the clothes where good and the bric a brac items where also in working order. I would definately do another order especially for the kids clothing as they where really good quality and the kids loved them
I was skeptical about them because I hadn't heard about them from very many people, but after ordering from them, I love SammyDress and will be ordering from them again! They had good quality products and great costumer service! I received my order just as it was suppose to be.
I ordered 4 tops got 2 both look nothing like the pic plus I ordered 3 dressed oy got 2 and these people don't return email or phone call and because I can't find out how much I'm do back I can't get a refund from my bank if I had known what I do now I would have never bought anything from them and people need to know the truth!

Order number: MS************** - I paid a standard shipping fee which told me I would recieve my order within 6-8 days it has now been 14 days and I want to know how much longer I will be kept waiting. The websites information gave me such high hopes and now I have been let down by this terrible custoner service and no one from the firm are even replying to my emails with sufficient detail.

I placed 2 orders from Sammy Dress on September 9,2015 and paid for the orders with PayPal. After 2 weeks I emailed them for expected delivery and they said 2 to 3 weeks.

My experience with Sammy Dress has been for the most part good. Due to moving, I have only received one of my orders. I am very happy with the dress I received and their prices are very affordable. The shirt I ordered for my son was too small, so I am still working on trying to exchange/return it. The sizes for men seem to run a lot smaller than U.S. sizes.
According to the post office I will never receive my other order because it can not be forwarded due to the type of package it is. I have contacted customer service at Sammy Dress regarding my order and they are re-shipping it. Thank goodness I had requested a tracking number on this package, otherwise I would be waiting longer for them to re-ship. That would definitely not have made me happy.
I have submitted several tickets to their customer service and they have been very helpful and they do get back to you within the 24 hours that is stated. Submitting a ticket is the best way to contact their customer service for help with your order.
Also, there are always promo codes posted online that can be used for additional discounts which is great. Once you receive your order, you can also submit a review of the product on their website and earn discount points that can be used towards future purchases.
My advice when ordering from Sammy Dress is to always pay a little extra and request the tracking number for your package. Also, I might pay a little more for shipping in the future rather than the cheapest one. "
"I gave 4 order on SammyDress and all of my shopping ends with pleasure. I don't prefer to pay more for extra fast shipping so the delivery can tahe 1 mounth but it is worth to wait. Also I see a lot of cloths, jewelerry and bag selling Sammydress in the local shop, but in the local shops the prices is dubled. You can trust to payment, I have never problem with PayPal. It is really easy way to shopping online.

I ordered from this company back on August 20th! NEVER received my order! When I complained through PayPal the company said it hadn't been 45 days yet! LIE I had waited the full 45 business days! THey said wait three more weeks, it's coming from China! So I did! Now we are at the end of October and STILL nothing! Even if it were traveling on the Mayflower it would have made it here by now! When I looked up their number to call it was a cell phone place that told me they get calls all the time like this and that the company is a scam!

I live in England, there's always plenty of shops and good variety of clothes for women. However my daughter wanted me to buy her holiday clothes from Sammy dress, I looked at the reviews which were both good and bad. I decided to just go ahead and buy her a total of 12 dresses. Only 8 were posted out and when I contacted Sammy dress they told me the rest were out of stock. The dresses did take a long time to arrive maybe 20 days. The dresses were nice but were too small and of poor quality. Everything seemed ok until I received an invoice from Fred Ex stating I owed them for the delivery of the Sammy dress parcel. This was a great shock! As I had already paid Sammy dress for the delivery, I contacted Sammy dress and they were not accepting liability although Fred ex did state this was an admin mistake on their part. They would not refund me my postage. I will never order from this site again the clothes are designed for Chinese women not the international market. You always end up getting what you paid for and this is no exception!

Awful Awful Awful site, and when I realized it it was too late. I ordered 45 bucks worth of $#*! and the card needed extra processing time because I'm on a different IP than where it's from. They wanted me TAKE A PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD AND ID AND SEND IT TO THEM. OVER THE INTERNET. NOT A CHANCE. So I wanted to cancel my order but these $#*!ing $#*!s don't know what cancel means. They're online chat is automated, their "help tickets" are a waste of time so ANY problem you have that doesn't result in them getting their money is going to go overlooked. I'm furious about this because it's absolute bull$#*! and what's worse is I was trying to order items as christmas presents and now the money for that is gone and so is time to try and replace it. Dont buy from them.

I got very disappointment!
First of all I wait my order for over four months! But this is not even biggest issue for me! Most of the stuff I got was different size from what I ordered. It says the right size S, but the length of the sleeves is different from what they have on a website! I had three different representatives over support tickets who is been helping me, I was getting answer once a month! They made me take a pictures of everything what was wrong, I clearly show them the difference with ruler on a picture. And then they just disappeared! I have not gotten any answer for over a half year already! All my support tickets are gone! They are charlatans! They are cheating with people! Customer service is sucks!
If you try to call, no one will answer! I got lucky once after thousands calls, someone answer the phone who doesn't even speak english, I told my ticket number 5 times! Even after that they were not able to help. They don't understand. You have only one choice to get some help through support tickets which takes forever! And when they can't solve it - they just delete them!
I am going to move forward this case and sue this company! It is illegal the way they do their business! I don't want other people waste their money.
Okay, so I know a lot of the negative reviews are about the shipping and the quality of products. But seriously, the clothes are so cute. I always see all of the cute princess style clothes on different sites and they are so freaking expensive! On sammydress they're like half the price! Yes, they sometimes have loose threads and run small. But I don't think threads are an actual issue and you have to CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS! Check if you fit the size before you buy because sometimes the large will fit like a medium. But I always check and I order ahead of time so I can get my clothes when I need them!
I ordered and got something that is nothing like what I ordered. I changed me email address since I ordered and now it won't let me return the crap I got. All I wanted was 1 wig and got something NOTHING like what I ordered. VERY unhappy.

I did my online order on 22nd July and haven't received any delivery. Whenever I contact customer support their response is always on the way for the 3 dress/tops and for 3shoes they didnt have it in stock. If you don't have in stock then why you keep in online for sale. I paid nearly $100AUD but it just went on waste. I ordered this clothes and shoes as I was going for holiday but it is more than 20-25days. Just waste of money. Very bad customer service and I am so disappointed
I bought a dress from SammyDress and it came in 2 weeks late and with a HUGE tear in the dress. Customer service felt robotic and I will never EVER buy from them again. Not only that but the dress felt like a shower curtain. It was definitely not what it looked like in the pic. Also, sizes are crazy small. Im normally a 2x/3x and I nearly have to buy a 5x to even get close.
