DO NOT SHOP HERE!
So upset I purchased a good number of clothes spending almost $200 and basically ALL ITEMS are wrong. NOT what is on the site. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND AND TO JUST FORGET ABOUT THIS SITE. I HAVE SENT 3 "TICKETS" OVER THE LAST WEEK NO RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY 24HOURS RESPONSE. I'M GOING TO FIGHT THE CHARGES AND SEE ABOUT LEGAL ACTION. THIS IS A MESS. I REALLY WANTED SOME OF THE CUTE CLOTHES THEY HAD ONLINE BUT NONE OF THEM WERE WHAT I EXPECTED
I was happy with my purchase. The clothes run small, though. Their customer service is great. They respond quickly and want their customers to be happy.
I've shopped on Sammy Dress for around two years now with mostly positive experiences. I have had 8 orders over the last two years and two times I have had something not shipped to me because they went out of stock, which is really frustrating, especially because I had to contact them for a refund instead of it being automatically refunded when they did not ship it.
They do take a while to process shipments, so I often purchase a lot of items at once to help lower the shipping cost so it is cheaper to purchase the fastest shipping rate, and I generally get my order within a few weeks. The last order I purchased took a little over a month, this time I used standard shipping. After the shipment left their warehouse it sat with the shipping company for a week for no apparent reason. I was supposed to receive the item within 3-7 business days, it took about ten, I think. This was not Sammy Dress's fault, but the carrier they selected.
The vast majority of my orders I have been happy with and wear frequently. A few pieces have been a little small, such as shirts being too short to wear without a high wasted bottom, or skirts having the same issue. I am fairly tall, and they run their sizes based on Asian sizes.
Over the last two years their selections have improved and it helps to see what other people review to know the quality of the product.
For their prices, I feel the products are good. You get what you pay for, as they say.
I love to shop at Sammy dress because they have lovely things I just bought my son 2 T-shirts and he loves them that much that he wants me to buy him more of them like these 2 that I just bought I keen they take to long to come that's because they are sent on orders form standered orders but if you pick tracking they might come a bit quicker or may be not but I don't see any point putting bad reviews to put them off but all you have to do is buy some thing and then put your experience down in into a review you only can go on your own a opinion
SammyDress is total RIP OFF. They steal your money. Items too small from website describtion and they only offer 20% of full amount after I waited more then 2 months to receive my items and when I ordered we had to wait more than 1 month to be sent as they were out of stock so my paypal dispute has passed. They are nothing but THIEVES
I did not read the reviews first - my mistake! SammyDress, goes by about 15 different names. They are out of Korea. They don't ship what is ordered, what is shipped is AWEFUL and no one in their right mind would or COULD wear them. No customer service, no refunds, and if something doesn't ship - yep this is the norm, you order six, they send two items of which you didn't order. The REVIEWS that are positive are NOT REAL! Do not be fooled!

I placed two orders with Sammy dress on July 10th.
My first order was two neclases and two pairs of shoes which arrived in two weeks (i live in US). The order was fine, except one neclace and one pair of shoes were not the colors I ordered. I didn't mind bc I needed up liking the replacements.
My second order placed JULY 10th was 7 dresses. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! It is almost November. I have entered in 4 service tickets and they just replied today saying that it should be processed within the next 5 days. I'm done holding my breath. I just wasted $100 in my eyes. If I even get the dresses I won't be able to wear them until next summer! If they do arrive I will submit another review with the quality. Either way, the authorities are being notified. DO NOT BUY!

My first experience with sammydress.com was very easy and pleasant, I am very happy with the quality of the products, shoes are very commfortable and pretty, with my second purchase I have some problems, more related to the stock available, I asume these problems are related to this time of the year (december) but the people of the support center of sammydress were always in contact with me, and they helped me in anyway possible, I´m waiting for my second shipping to arrive in the next days.
This is my second time buying from this site and I have to say the first time was okay it took 50 years to come in the mail but it was decent. However, this past October I ordered from here and it NEVER EVER received it. I contacted them on numerous occasions to simply see what the problem was and NEVER EVER heard back from them. If anything I would've been fine with just a simple email stating that there was a mistake because the money aspect didn't mean much to me. DO NOT BUY!

Sammy Dress is not too expensive and you can find a lot of fun and stylish things on their site. Never had a problem with shipping and they always answer the "tickets" (customer service) you submit.
