From all my experiences and friend's experiences, I have to say Sammy Dress is one of the most reliable and wonderful sites I have used when It comes to purchasing products and customer service, as well as the high quality of the products listed. The clothing is usually very soft and affordable, and the shoes are amazing. Their makeup selection of shadows, concealer pallets and eyeliners are really great for cosplay purposes (as well as everyday uses). The brushes and accessories (like puffs and nail tools) are very well made and I haven't had a problem with them during everyday use(No shedding or bits coming off). I've never had to return anything because each product is well labeled, and if you have inquiries, Customer Service is quick to reply with helpful answers. I have had all 100% positive experiences with all the products. The shipping cost is reasonable when it comes to the weight of the package, and nothing has come broken or damaged. I will definitely buy more from Sammy Dress, because I trust their service, products and customer care.

I love SammyDress! I have spent so long trying to find an online store that has great prices and quality and after searching for so long SammyDress is by far the best store I have found. I have bought from them a few times now and every item I received was exactly as it shows on their site, great quality, true to size and amazing low prices! I will definitely be buying from SammyDress again very soon. I'm glad I found it and I recommend anyone searching for a great online shopping store to check it out! They will not me disappointed!

Bad, bad website. Dont buy waste your money. I ordered 9 items and my order was not shipped all at once. It took 4 months for me to received my 8 items and one still unheard-of from them. When ask them, they kept say that took 10-25 days. This mad me very mad. Bad quality clothing.

Sammy dress has the worst customer service I have ever experienced I have complained through email and live chat although website saids it's in California all communications is in China orders placed take months to receive and some orders remain incomplete all you get it incorrect track numbers and thank you for your patience,,, sizes are not realistic a large is more like a size 5 so maybe even the sizes are in Chinese,,, how do they get away with all of this is mind boggling

HORRIBLE customer service. First, I wanted to buy something, so I put it in my cart and started checking out. Then when I realized they charged more than the cost of the actual purchase for shipping, I quickly cancelled the transaction - or so I thought. They didn't mind taking my money out of my paypal account. Now as I'm trying to get my money back, I have been waiting 30 minutes for someone to respond to my "chat"; and when you call their North American number, it gives you a busy signal. Seriously, a busy signal? In 2015? I will NEVER try to buy anything from here again, and guess I can kiss my money goodbye.

Shopping with Sammy Dress has been a pleasure. The styles are unique and classy, prices really cheap and affordable and some of the material of the clothing are wonderful. I am very satisfied with my purchases.

I ordered a couple of tops from sammysdress took a month to receive my order. Very poor Quality of clothes. The one shirt looks like its been worn. I ordered medium shirts they are actually x-small to small. I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for

I have made a few quite large orders with Sammydress so far, everything has arrived in good condition and I'm happy with all the items I've ordered. Their prices are very good and shipping is quite cheap. The quality of their items are usually very good for the price, too. Customer service is excellent and they have answered my questions and resolved issues quickly and courteously. Overall I'm very happy with Sammydress and will be shopping with them again. :)

Sammy Dress was definitely one of those sites that you visit and you just can't believe everything is so cheap and good looking. But you know the surprise of all? Is that it actually is. It is a well sorted store with great products to offer that actually look like the picture, have good quaility and have a killer price. I was really happy that I took the chance to order from them. I ordered a lot of things, a lot of jewelry and clothes, I received my items within a month and all of it was in a great shape and the material is really good looking and has great quality on it, the prize is the best, I will definitely recomend it to anyone and I will definitely keep doing business with them.

Extremely poor quality clothing - definitely not as pictured, sent wrong items & some missing. Refused refund. They are also writing positive reviews for themselves (note the names all have a single initial surname). Don't waste your time or money.

Live in the U. S and did not know items are shipped separately from different countries. One one item was traceable the other just said sent to US. It's been a month that I received one item the 2nd item it's over a month and I still have not received it. I requested a refund they stated no because the item was shipped. You think if you pay $10 for shipping for two items it would come with 2 full full tracking info. They had the nerve to say I had to pay for a second tracking in which I never saw anything that stated that because I didn't know the items were coming separately. I will never order from them. Thank God I used paypal so I can make a dispute. The shirt I received look better online the material was thin and cheap.

Purchased a few dresses from sammydress.com on 12/13 and paid $31 for 3-5 day expedited shipping. Full order was not shipped out. The package has still not arrived. When I contacted support, they placed all the blame on the courier. Told them I want a refund for either the shipping or the entire order. They said they'll give me a 5% off coupon. Why would I order again from them?! And 5%?! That's insulting. Told them to contact courier and return items to sender. I want my refund for services not rendered! What a joke! I will be contacting my credit card company as well.
