I am a new customer of this site, on cyber monday i purchased from many online sites. So far sammydress is the only site that has'nt processed my order yet. I told alot of friends and family members about this site and their business is riding on my experience. I will keep you posted... one week later my stuf is being processed in ontario... yaaay
Wow! I received a notice today September 3,2015 claiming my merchandise has shipped... and, they sent me the same computer generated message, August 11,2015. And once again of course I can not track the package. They did respond and blew smoke and said a bunch of nothing because again I don't have my package but, they have my money. So, I guess they will send me every month a computer generated lie which is probably on auto pilot. It's confirmed I am contacting my States Attorney General. SAMMYDRESS.COM SUCKS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR LOSE YOUR MONEY! This has been going on since July 2015! Ugh -100 rating! Sammydress is so sorry and fake they even keep sending me the same sorry generated apology wow! Saying the same lie. Just say you are fake company who beat people out of their money. I won't waste my time again sending you (Sammy) order numbers for what? You aren't doing anything with it liars!
I'm very happy with my purchase on SammyDress. I bought a black dress on sale and it was perfect.
Delivery and shipping time was very fast, and the comunication with shoppers was very good!
I haven't problems with choose coolour or size, and the dress arrived in perfect conditions.

There is no phone number to contact sammydress or rosewe but since I ordered my orders through PayPal I disputed the purchase because my items was damaged and false advertised pieces. So PayPal was able to contact them directly to get a response and a settlement on my refund. Here's an email address from Sammy *******@sammydress.com but either order through PayPal or don't order from them at all. I also suggest buying from Amazon literally everything I saw on sammydress is on Amazon. And if the stuff is damaged you can easily get your money back from Amazon they have great customer service. If you didn't purchase Sammy dress items through PayPal idk how to tell you to get your money back

Having ordered a couple of things from Sammydress I was impressed with the quality of each of the products I purchased. Delivery took around 2 and 1/2 weeks on standard delivery which considering it was coming from China to the UK was pretty good.
The website was recommended by a friend, however I like the website and the items I received were on time and we're just like the picture. I really love doing business with sammydress and will continue doing business with yoyou. Thanks again for the amazing shopping experience
Wow I wish I would have read before I ordered on 1/13/14. I am hoping I receive my merchandise before the 25th of January which is my birthday thats why I ordered the merchandise. Now I feel I wont receive it on time. Very disappointed. My order still shows pending. M**************
I am really disappointed with the Sammydress team. I really liked the dress I ordered. Its been 2 months now, they say that its already been dispatched however I never recieve it, not sure whose fault it is.
I ordered two blouses from SammyDress and it took over a month to get the first blouse. When it came it was the wrong size. I ordered a XXL and the blouse I got would not have fit on a 10 year old. The workmanship was shoddy and the blouse did not look like the picture. I tried to call them to return it but could not get a hold of anyone.(I tried everyday for two weeks) I finally started e-mailing and have received some responses. One response was that they would pay me $5 if I would give them two weeks to remail my blouses. I said no, just refund my money. On March 14th, they said that they would refund the price of the blouses but not the shipping. They asked if that was okay. I said that was fine and to send me my money so that I could be finished with them. I still do not have my money back. I will never purchase anything from them again. Just beware that they sell the same merchandise under other names. They are the biggest scam I have ever come across.
There was this dress that I really wanted and I put my credit card information in like 5 different times and it said I had to use a different card even though it says it uses my card type and I have enough money on my card. By the 5th time it said that, I didn't even want the dress anymore. Honestly that just wasted my time and I'm really disappointed that I couldn't get the dress I wanted.

I wanted to review my order MM**************, I ordered a jacket, blouse and a cardigan. The quality of these shocked me tbh. I was not expecting to receive such quality for the amount of money they asked for. I payed less and received a better quality than I was expecting.
Overall great customer service and great quality. The shipping took more than what I was used to ( but hey, they're sending it from the other side of the world to The Netherlands...) and let's not forget, you pay almost nothing for these!
