Ordered a 3 dresses November 2014, it is now April 2015 and still have not seen what i had ordered. Contacted the company to see where abouts the stuff might be and the guy told me once the products have been shipped there is no way of knowing where they are. BULL S***! Then i asked about getting a refund and he told me there is no way to get a refund! WTF. If you know whats good for you never EVER order from this site they will screw you over and steal your money!
I've been shopping at SammyDress for some time now and I love it! It's the best price-quality relationship in the market by far. I love the variety and quality of the dresses, shoes, coats and more. You have to be patient, sometimes some items might not be in stock, so you might have to wait, but they always get back to you, at least that has been my experience. I have always been able to contact customer support and either switch item when they are not in stock, or to get a refund. I just love this store and I continue to keep shopping there... if you're organized and patient, you'll love it too!
I haven't even received the merchandise yet and I'm writing the bad review. I made a purchase on April 16th. On April 28th I inquired about the order as to it's status. Sammy Dress had no issues taking my money on time, where was my order? No updates, status said processing. I inquired via their website, and they answered (same day - I'll give them that) that the item was out of stock and not going to be available until May 21. They asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. I said I'd wait. It was a really cute swimsuit and I wasn't going to be wearing it anytime soon. Their reply to me about the May 21st restocking date was at 8:25PM. Ironically, at 8:44PM I received an email stating my order was in stock and had shipped, and would be here in 5-15 business days - from China... hmmm... you decide. So basically what I think is going on is, they are taking your money, then ordering direct from China. I'm guessing they are ordering when they get enough to meet a minimum and then having it direct shipped from China. Good for their business, not good for the consumer that would like their item in a semi-timely manner. Be forewarned, if you can wait, this store might be for you. If your patience is thin or you need it now, shop elsewhere.
I am in Nigeria and i order from sammydress. They have a great customer service team. They are always reachable 24hrs a day, I get to even with Skype them anytime i don't get quick response via email. I get my items delivered within 7 days. They have good products and good delivery service. Although lets watch out for the size because its usually smaller than we imagine.Its always advisable to get the bigger size.And they have different ways of awarding customer with points which can geenrate extra money in the wallet to make the next order.

Although I haven't receive my item yet I have faith that it willl get here when I was told it would be here. Overall I feel as if this is a great place to shop. It seems to have good quality things for low prices. Although I wish the shipping was a little lower. Other than that I've enjoyed it so far.

Hello, I ordered some stockings and a set of brushes from sammydress, and it's not the first time that i shop there, because their products are so cheap! However, the quality is acceptable even with this prices! I still use my brushes to apply makeup and they do their job, the stockings are gorgeous! (even though you have to be very small and thin to wear them, the measures are taken by Chinese standard women! I didn't have any problems though, cause i'm very petite myself)
Their customer service is really good too, they try their best to solve whatever problem you may have, and they're very kind!

All the itens I have bought at Sammydress, have great quality and they're things that I don't find here I Brazil (Well, I've never seen here). And you can watch your item traveling around the world with the shipping number, I guess it reforces the security. Totally amazing.
The shirt I ordered was an XL and it barely fit. Before I could even wear it I had to sew up two huge holes and patch up a bunch of runs in the fabric. It also reeked of chemicals so I had to wash it too (a painstaking process since I didn't want it to fall apart). Also I have a hunch that their stuff is made in sweat shops. Why else would they not disclose where the item is made and what it is made out of.

I received my order from SammyDress today in which I was surprised after reading multiple reviews in regards to people not receiving their orders. After opening the package, I found that not one single item looked as it did in the photos. The "beautiful" white dress I was the most excited for came looking like a Halloween costume. Not to mention the material felt as if it was a cheap Halloween costume. My black cut out t-shirt which was supposed to have angel wings on the back was not only torn but over half the cut out pieces were still attached by a single thread which made it look even more ridiculous. On top of that, the "angel wings" looked NOTHING like angel wings. The "jacket" I purchased was a "one size fits all" and as I am fairly small I thought it wouldn't be an issue. The jacket was so small it would not have even fit my 6 year old niece. It was supposed to be black/dark gray with light gray sleeves, the entire thing was light gray and had a random patch of black on the back. Not only am I high disappointed in the quality of everything I received, I am extremely disappointed that this company has been next to impossible to get a hold of. I emailed and asked for someone to contact me within the next 24 hours so hopefully I will hear from this company sooner rather than later. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to prevent others from being scammed and wasting their hard earned money.
