They are friendly and helpful, their items are super cheap compared to any other site I have felt with. Their postage is very quick and the quality of their products is next to none. I purchased something as a gift on the 13\06 and it still hasnt arrived. I sent a complaint to this company and i kept getting "oh it can take upto 3 months for delivery. Then i sent another complaint and they replied that it must be lost in transit. I asked to be reimbursed and they offered only part of what i actually payed. I would strongly advise not to use this company!
My friend introduced me to Sammy Dress that same day I downloaded the app on my IPhone and put in an order right away. Not all of my items were in so they shipped me out was in and then shipped out the rest once it came in. I was very happy with my ordered, and so was my friend :)"
Horrible service. I ordered three items on August 4th and it still hadn't shipped after 2 months. This whole time I kept asking when it'd be shipped and they'd give me a date or time frame, then it still wouldn't get shipped. Asked for a refund and now 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on that. They also acted annoyed with me and like I needed to be more patient... because 2 months isn't a long wait? Don't buy from them!
I wish I had never heard of this company. I ordered my items on Monday (10/20/14) and I'm seeing all these horrible reviews and I'm like, oh no, not me too! This website is the worse I've ever heard about in my life. And the fact that my girlfriend wanted to get me 2 hoodies and paid for the items from her credit card makes it worse. I could deal w/it if it came from my own account, but I feel completely responsible. I can't get in contact with anyone. I knew I shouldn't have ordered when I saw it had a "chat" session for questions. The phone rings busy all the time, and it's just an all around bad experience. I doubt I'll get my items but I'm gonna get my refund one way or another.

It's one of the best sites of it's kind, it has a good price-quality standard.
I've done a few orders until now and most of the items are worth the buying.
Also very satisfied with the website upgrades and method of refunding.
Waited over 6 months for an order, never received my items. When i contacted customer service the said that there was a problem with customs. I waited over 6 months and was not even contacted when there was a problem. When i demanded a refund they offered to refund 20% i finally got them to at least give me 50%. Its is WRONG to do this to customers! SCAM!

I wanted to cancel my order, which you can do yes, but you get a store credit. Then when they finally ship your order they give you a tracking number toobbas the links they offer to track it doesn't work. Unlike other webstores like etsy, who track it for you on their website. I won't be giving them my business again.

Sammy Dress is a complete scam site. So far its been 13 days "processing" even though item was paid for on day 1. I also paid for shipping 3-5 days which is useless now as it hasnt even been pulled off shelf! If you dont care how long it takes for shipping, then this is the company for you. If you plan on wearing the bathing suit in the same summer time that you order it, then pass on this site. I guess Ill use this suit in summer of 2016

I ordered a bag from them in light pink. Everything was ok: the packaging, shipping etc. The only thing that bothered me was the smell! Everything I put in it, it picked up the smell... thats disappointing and the reason I stopped using it. Shipping was ok, but of course it brings the price up a bit. I payed extra for tracking number just in case so my order does not get lost (I was a little skeptical). My experience was positive and will order again in the future. And if you are not sure if your package will arrive (was reading other reviews) just pay 2$ for a tracking number and that's it...
I placed my order on may, 16 and received the package on june, 3 using the lowest shipping service. It took only 18 days holidays included which is really farther than expected.
The dress is really beautiful and fits very well.
Its total lenght is 124 cm so it does not touch the floor. Despite that it is really gorgeous.
I didn't like its belt so I decided to match it with the golden one you can see in the photos which is called "Alloy Leaf Decorated Solid Color Elastic Waist Chain".
The colour is amazing and is exactly as shown in the picture.
The lining is not as long as the dress, it is much shorter so this means that the dress is see-through from the kness up to the end.
On the back there is a beautiful pearl button.
I'm really satisfied with my item and its fabric (I have already washed it 3 times since I got it and the pleating hasn't changed. It doesn't even need to be ironed.
I ordered several items to include 3 dresses, boot caps, 3 sets of leggings and a hat. The hat only acceptable item. I ordered the dresses in XL. I normally wear a size 16. The dresses were more like a 0 or child size 16. I had to give them to my daughter. One dress was so short, that even my 18 year old 5'2" daughter will have to wear as a shirt. Stitching was terrible, lace was frayed and one dress was so crooked that it is totally unwearable. Shipping back is not an option as it will cost more than the cost of the items. Wish I had read all the reviews before ordering.!

Sammydress is awful! I purchased 2 items in the middle of July. I paid to have a tracking added onto the package as well. Sammydress decided to send each item separately and only put the tracking on 1 of the items. I got the first one that was trackable 2 weeks later. 1 month later, I sent them an email asking about my other package that hadn't arrived. They told me to be patient and that it can take 48 business days to arrive. I just received the second item today (2 months later) and it was the wrong thing! I didn't order that ugly dress and am so upset! I'm not even going to go through the hassle of returning the darn thing. I'm sure it would take another 3 months to get my money back. I love Sammy Dress, when I first found out about it I spent days looking through their products and adding to my favorites. I am disappointed in my order... I got things that I didn't order. Stitchings were coming aloose when I opened the package. I had to cut off loose threads. But I guess you get what you pay for.
