I have ordered many items from sammydress, I almost spent around 500 USD over a month ago and never received a single item yet! It's more than a month now and their shipping rule in their site says 25 days! But I have got nothing! I am starting to think I got Scammed! I want to receive my item as soon as possible or otherwise I am going to open dispute in paypal for all of my orders around 500 USD. Sammydress, you better be working and shipping the items as soon as you debit my credit card, otherwise, I am not a damn fool sitting here and doing nothing against you! I can even take legal actions and open campaigns to destroy your reputation all over social media! Be aware of your customers, because we are the ones who make you alive and we can do something that your company goes off forever! My experience with sammydress has been pretty good overall. The store itself is enticing and has some really good quality clothes. I felt like the problem I had was with the delivery company itself not Sammydress. DHL (delivery company) leaves the packages outside your door and doesn't ring the door bell. I'm glad I got the tracking number for my packages, otherwise I would've never known my packages had arrived.

SammyDress has a lot of choice and you can always find something to buy. Their customer service is great and provides updates on what it happening to your order throughout the process. Their prices can't be beat and the quality it great. If I could give one area of improvement it would be the shipping fees could be lower to beat others out there with free delivery but when you add the cost of your item and the shipping cost they come up almost even so if they lower their shipping fees they wouldn't be beat by anyone.

I ordered a top on 1/26/15, and I have yet to receive it. "Customer service" keeps telling me to wait, wait, and wait. Today is 04/05/15, and I still don't have a shirt! I have chalked it up to $8 lost and will never, EVER order anything for sammydress again!

I have ordered from them before and stuff weren't as horrible as they could have been, but on my last order which was $100, they sent it to the wrong address, i don't know why this address was replacing my actual address, since that had never happened to me before i didn't check to see if they had replaced my real address with a different one! So they sent my package to the wrong address, when i complained about it they did nothing about it, kept sending pictures the ups tracking and i kept telling them, that that was not my address and they did nothing! Don't trust them!
