Ive ordered from this site on 3 other occasions. (through paypal) this time on july 11th i bought a visa gift card and spent 73 CDN (canadian) dollars. Half of the things were out of stock. They sent my package out on july 26th. Ive been in contact with them since day 1 asking them every time to refund me on my paypal account instead of my credit card. I was told it wasnt a problem and then today i was told that it was refunded already on my credit card... which it was not... i went and checked. I also called them to make sure. Not only did they lie to me but they are wasting my time. I am not impressed.
I have an order still in Processing since 29th of November, but the order is paid since then! No answers received to any tickets open!

I've purchased many items from SammyDress before, and i'm always amazed by how cute the clothes are for the price! A lot of items are free shipping, or have a fast processing time so you get your items sooner. I love how after you've recieved an item you can upload a picture of you in your sammydress outfit and show it off on the site and get points! =) I think it's a fabulous idea! Overall, SammyDress is one of the best clothing websites =)

I buy a lot online and I've ordered a few times from Sammydress, I have a good experience with them. The prices are great and the quality of the items I bought were quite good: A pair of shoes that were really beautiful and well made, some coats and shirts with good fabric and a cute skirt. I placed an order from Sammy Dress on Dec. 29,2016. I ordered 6 items total. I received 3 of these items about 3 weeks later. The other 3 items I haven't seen yet. It has been nearly 7 weeks since I placed my order. I have contacted the Service Department twice now and received no replies. The first contact I made online has since disappeared, too. While I really liked the first 3 items, it would be nice to know what is going on with the remaining items that I paid for!
UPDATE 2/18/17 --Upon posting my initial review, SammyDress refunded me for 2 of the nondelivered items and shipped the remaining once. I am pleased with the progress.

I've emailed Sammydress multiple times over the past few days, and placed a complaint, as well as posting a question directly to the item online that I ordered, and there has been no response. I ordered my item and it was shipped April 20,2015 (so the shipping info says on my account) order #MM**************. The site states that I should have rec'd my order within 10-15 business days, and it has now been 19 business days, and nothing, my order has not arrived! No response from customer service with regard to this matter either. I need my order ASAP!

My order never arrived. I tried to log into my account online but had several issues with Sammydress' website. I contacted them via Facebook and was very disappointed with the service I recieved from Sammydress. Despite giving them the correct address they told me I would need to pay for postage again, which I was not prepared to do. They have declined to give me a refund.
Terrible terrible experience, I do not recommend sammydress to anyone.

I was really empressed with the quality of all tops I ordered. I used to order from China before and most of everything was arriving too small or too cheaply looking. I saw a top on SammyDress which I used to own a while ago and I payed 6 times more for it than what Sammy is selling for. The top was a real good quality. This fact gave me a little hope that not everything will arrive too bed. Well... One of my new tops I bought from Sammy is $8. When I received it I thought I would easily pay $100 for it and would feel it's the real price for it. I am just a happy happy happy customer. Will come back for sure. Highly recommend!

The only thing I did not like that you one of the time was showing in the website and it was not in the storage. I have bought several products for my siblings from Sammydress. The quality of the items is very good for their price and what is really good is the free shipping. The range of products is also really good. Apart from clothing and watches, they have some very nice rucksacks as well.
I ordered a coat in what seemed like the right size. When I got it, it was a bit too tight. I have been trying to exchange it for the right size, and they insist that they will only exchange it if I can prove that it wasn't what I ordered.

The sleeves were in the wrong place. They clearly don't understand the concept of sizes. Slow shipping and I still have not received some of the items I ordered. Others that I received, I did not order. You DO NOT want to purchase clothing from SammyDress.
