What a rip!

I've ordered from them in the past, this time will be the last! Long wait on items, which I understand. Sending items that were not ordered to "replace" correct items... UNACCEPTABLE! Sent patterns that they probably would sell too get rid of old stock instead of ANY of the items I ordered! No call/email asking if I wanted replacements! And try getting a hold of them... Don't even bother!

Horrible company

Do not buy from them. They will not send you what you order, rather what ever they feel like sending. Then when you try and contact them its takes hours. Chat is garbage and resets often putting you to back of line. No email to send complaints. Very limited phone hours. Save you money and shop elsewhere

Bad customer service

Terrible horrible customer service! I waited on live chat for an hour and then when Caroline G came online to help me. She kept saying one moment for 1 complete hour and logged out! Two hours of my day! I gave her the order number, told her the ones that i did not receive, gave her the numbers of the 3 that were not sent to me! I even paid extra for shipping and it was not here in a reasonable time frame.

Bait and switch

Ordered online, Claim to have thousands of designs but page with promotion only had about 15 and most were pretty lame, like the stuff they can't sell. Ordered and was informed their would be a delay, ok fine, no problem with Covid it's pretty standard. Then a week or so later said on it's way and when I got it 2 of the items were substituted with 2 completely different than what I ordered with a card saying if I'm not happy they will put it right. I ordered red and grey design and they sent me pink camo. After an hour wait finally connected with customer support and just got jerked around. Applied for a refund through paypal and was approved but had to return first at my cost. WTF! That's why people are shopping with Amazon because if they mess up an order they fix it. These bandannas are made in China so don't feel bad because I'm not supporting local business... avoid these guys

Not sure why you took the liberty to switch out the items I ordered with calling/emailing and asking if I would be okay with that action. The answered would have been No. Refund my money. Then to short the order! I want my money back ASAP

I ordered face shields from them. At the time of check out they never said anything about delayed shipping. After a few weeks, I check on their website and they said shipment could be delayed up to 30 days. Not only was my order delayed, they sent me 5 yellow face shields which is not what I ordered. They were very fast to process my payment. If they were clear up front that they could not complete my order, I would have ordered from somewhere else. STAY CLEAR from this company. Horrible customer service!

Wrong item

I received the wrong item, and they even put a note in their package saying it was the wrong item. And if I didn't like it to contact customer service. I have been chewed number 99 for a month

I spent two hundred dollars, only recieved one of the items I ordered. I waited to speak to a customer service representative on your chat for over half an hour when I first ordered due to delay times shipping and at no time was I told the items purchased where not available. I want the items I purchased, an explanation that the items where not available earlier would have sufficed and I would have canceled the order. This is not how you treat customers or veterans.

Not worth it!

Ordered over a month ago 10 patterns I picked out and 1 mystery patter, JUST got my order it only 8 face masks al duplicated, none of the patters I ordered, trying to contact anyone for a return or a refund is impossible! If I could give no stars I would! I wish I looked into these other reviews before purchasing!

Just like everyone else, the customer service is virtually non-existent, and they substitute with what you don't order. What kind of monkeys do they have working over there, anyway?
I ordered once before a while back, and only 2 of the five I ordered were incorrect. Fast forward to the beginning of the month, I decided to order 5 more.
First came the email saying my order could be delayed a week or two due to the state of the country, and like many, no tracking number was provided for me, either.
Three weeks later on 4-19, I receive another email saying they would be delivered today, however, I have no knowledge of Sundays being a day where any companies are delivering.
No go until 4-23, and I, too, got the infamous card stating they weren't the designs I ordered, but the safety I need, with all 5 being wrong.
I attempted to contact customer service, but wasted little time as I've seen how phenomenal their customer service is and I don't have the time to be horsing around trying to sort out their blunders.
How the hell can you tell what you get without opening with the way they're folded? I got a kick out of their "if the substitutions are wrong, contact customer service and they'll make it right" line they put on those cards.
I didn't bother taking the tags off and put 4 of the 5 back in the packages and back into the bag they came in, along with everything else they sent.
I will write refused on the package and send them back with KEEP written on the label.
I am done messing with these clowns and I'm not expecting a refund back with the reports I've seen.
They should be shut down for running lousy business, false advertising, and ripping off customers.

Terrible service

Ordered the buy one get 4 free face masks. Shipping was delayed which is understandable during these times. I received my order and not one of the face masks was what I ordered, not even the sticker that was included with the package was right. It's like they just threw random face masks in a bag and sent them to me. Tried to do the live chat and never got a response after 2 hrs. Waste of money because the masks they sent have cheesy designs that I will never wear!

I made an order on 25th january. Was supposed to reach me within 2weeks. I kept contacting my local post office who had no tracking of the package. After a month, i contacted their useless customer support by live chat and phone, and they told me it reached dubai but i didn't accept to receive the item so it was shipped back to usa. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to me, so i asked for a refund, to which the agent magically had approval to send back free of charge by his manager. 24th april today, i've been trying to contact these clowns for a month now, and whenever i mention that i want a refund, they leave the chat. I seriously think people should petition to close this $#*!ty company down as they are just stealing from people, nothing else

Order 5 face shields 04/01/2020. They took the money, sent me an order number. I have not heard a word from them so I called 04/23/2020) and got put on forget. After a hangup, I did the Live Chat with David who came on 45 minutes after I logged on. He told me to stand by as he looked for my order, yet he did not have my order number. Then 15 minutes later he asked for my order number. 10 minutes later he asked for my address. I then challenged him about the length of time he was taking He then told me he had to enter the system. I challenged him again that it was as simple as entering my order number and all the information associated with it would pop up. He responded that I should get a refund then disconnected.

Their phones are not answered. The chat does not work. They took the $$$ immediately and no. No shipping confirms # in 24-48 hrs. It's been several days. Luckily I paid with PayPal MasterCard so now they will fight for me a refund. Poor communication I'm ok with it being an extra few weeks but no communication makes me think they took the $$ & ran.

I purchased the 5 pack and they charged me $75 for junk gaiters. I didnt get one gaiter I ordered. These look like they were cut by a 5yr old with no finish trim. I wouldn't have paid $5 for this garbage. This company sucks!

I ordered 5 for $15 and additional 1 at $3. Credit card was charged $24.77. I received 5 face shields with order statement that says charged $21.77 however my credit card was not refunded the $3. I received a card "NOT THE DESIGN YOU CHOSE, BUT THE SAFETY YOU NEED" "IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT" I am not SATISFIED! I am not happy with the designs or skulls face shields. I already have 2 mask from other companies. I am not pleased that whatever is available was sent to me without my approval and not what I ordered. I want to return these 5 items with the decal, that I did not approve, want, or ordered, at their expense for return postage and the full refund of $24.77 that was charged on my credit card. This is what I call taking advantage of the customer so they can benefit. I then waited about 40 minutes for a live chat as stated I was 99 in the que. Sebastian joined the chat and immediately left without any acknowledgement, I had to resubmit and I am again 99 in the que, so disappointing not to get what I ordered, over charged, and then to be disregarded.

Placed an order on April 3rd. Website says 10-15 day delay on fulfillment, okay, I get it, precautions. Got an email on 04/19 saying my order will ship end of day
Today is day 19 - 04/22 - i reach out to "customer service" to get a shipping number (since i am under the impression my order shipped based on email) i was told "its still processing and please allow 24-48 hours for tracking"
My response was - "did this order ship on sunday, or not?"
Customer service - "its being processed and will ship in the next few days"

Absolutely unacceptable. Disputed the charges with my bank, and I give up. Im pretty sure this is a scam company

First of all you can't reach anyone, secondly they send you items you didn't order. Lastly these things are paper thin you can make these yourself. Just buy some xxxl leggings and cut the legs off... there you go... worse purchase ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME because you want a cool design.

They continue to advertise items that they know they don't have. They don't tell you that your order will be delayed until after you have paid. It take for ever to get your order, and the they don't send what you ordered. They intentionally substitute patterns that you didn't choose and even have a pre-printed card enclosed, that tells you they didn't ship what you ordered. They never contact you to get approval, or give the the opportunity to get your money back. Seems like intentional fraud to me. Don't support these crooks
