Ordered 2 shields for fishing. They sent awful substitution shields. No communication at all that they were out of the shields I ordered, which were available on the website. Been trying for several days to "live chat" with them. Cannot return without "live chat" and shouldn't have to return these awful things since they were not what I ordered to begin with. I cannot fathom a company substituting an order without so much as an email asking customer. Certainly have no desire to keep these but cannot get a hold of anyone with this company. Always 99 in the live chat queue. UPDATE: Resorted to PayPal dispute. SAFishing agreed to 100% refund if I sent them back at my expense via tracking within 7 days. So still out of pocket money on garbage I did not order. FYI-CHINA garbage DO NOT order!
THEY KEEP TELLING ME ITS PROCESSING AND WILL GET AN EMAIL. TO THIS DATE NOTHING AND WHEN I TRY GETTING A HOLD OF THEM ON THE CHAT THEY START YOU AT 99 AND TELL YOU THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THIS DAM COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY WOULD DEFINITELY GET 0 STARS.
I can not comment on the quality because I never got my order. I have been waiting WEEKS with nothing but promises. I really wish I had looked into the reviews before ordering. I wanted to support a local to me company, but I will never order from them again and I will recommend against ordering from them or Alpha Defense Co, which is the same company, but a New Name they have not destroyed yet
You guys have the absolute worst service. Ur company is a scam! U send the wrong items and then there is nobody to help make it right. There is no email to contact. The phone always is closed. The live chat takes forever just to finally get a response after 45 minutes and then ur employee ghosts the chat.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Reached out to the company 5 times never a single real response, just a canned email about how they're doing there best and to expect delays of up to 7 days, then 10 days, then 14 days and now 30 days.
It's been almost 30 days since I placed my 2 orders and so far I've had no actual updates on when to expect my order. Received emails 12 days ago with tracking #'s & as far as I can tell one order has never even left there warehouse. Great job creating a shipping label.
SA Company needs to STOP their advertising, STOP taking orders and concentrate on getting their back orders shipped! At the least do a real follow up with your customers.
As for an actual product review, well that will have to wait until I actually recieve my order.
I get it, high demand right now due to covid-19 but they're really the ones taking advantage here, they have a captive audience and they know it.
UPDATE: Got my order, complete crap. Recied only one item as ordered and the rest is pure JUNK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Notice that the card in closed says "IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT" well good luck with that, they have no phone service and their email and chat responses are always the same. Sorry we can't help you at this time! But they can still take your order and steal your money$$$

Customer service is helpless and even put me on hold and disconnected me. The colors aren't correct. Example, Olive Drab Green arm shield is more bright than the Olive Drab Green face shield. After 2 machine washing cold (as instructions) the face shield started to come apart. I would recommend Only Hand washing. Coyote Brown Arm Shield is very lite in color more like a "nude" nothing brown about it. Over all The Face shield colors seam to be better. The Arm Shields are just completely wrong. All ordered and contacts made long before Corona Virus. I would expect shipping, and customer service to be slower during that time.
Still waiting on a tracking number, ordered at the end of March. Go to the live chat for customer service only to get qued back to wait. Get email saying shipping is delayed 14 days, then 30 days before order is shipped. Then another after that saying order will be shipped in 5-7 business days. Still no tracking number. So regret ever purchasing anything from this company. Save your money and your time. SA company. You guys are frauds.

First off, COVID-19 be demanded, this is still inexcusable business practices. I ordered their $20 pick 5 pack and it was ordered for fun planned for Halloween, not because I NEED masks like some idiot who didn't prepare already. When finally receiving my order, they included a card claiming because COVID these are not what I ordered but the felt it was their God-given right to 1) not contact me at all about substitutes, but to 2) make it so. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the actions of this company and the obvious theft of my money. They refuse to respond to inquiry, their customer service is nonexistent. Save your money, do not buy from these frauds.
I've never had worst customer support from any company (might as well say they have ZERO customer support).
I made the mistake of paying thru PayPal so all I got from SAFishing was an email stating my order # and total.
This entity doesn't have any sort of registration or ANY email for contact or support of any kind (should have know they were only interested in sales then, my fault for thinking they were for real). So because I used PayPal there is no way to check on my order status via the web, only way is to call them (and their # is always busy when I call) or use their web chat which I did today and waited over 2 hours to get thru only to be parroted the same message (plastered on their support page) about how many days before they will ship. So I'm sure they didn't read my question in it's entirety and the person immediately left the chat. So at least my credit card company will get my money back to me in a timely fashion.
There are much better real businesses in the US that actually want repeat customers, SAFishing isn't one of them...
I have emailed company many times and get either a standard (automated) response, or my email gets kicked back... I have paid for product over two weeks ago and still no information as too shipping data At All. Just an automated thank you for your order. I would never buy from them again. Buyer be ware of this company.
This makes the second time I have ordered from SA, the first time took 18 days from Order to when the order arrived. This time we are 15 days in with no movement. This company is absolutely horrible. I wish I could leave negative stars.
Literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, they constantly leave and disconnect the chat after they ask if they can help you making you get back in line to talk to them. My order was supposed to be delivered by now 3 weeks after it was ordered. It hasnt even been shipped yet! I understand there's issues happening out in the world right now but when the company emails saying it'll have the out no later than 7-10 days and its been over that in business days! SHOP ELSEWHERE there are plenty of other places that sell the same masks for the same price without crappy people to deal with.

My order was never delivered to me in Melbourne, Australia. Contacted them by Live Chat but was fobbed off because I didn't chose international express deliver with additional insurance. Tried to send them an email but no response. They take no responsibility for the delivery of your purchase.
Do not order from this company. They will take your money and not deliver product. No way to contact customer service and no way to get money refunded. Already filed a complaint with the Florida better business bureau.
Like others I here I ordered on 4/4/20 and the shipping date keeps getting pushed back. Was 7-12 or something like that and now their site says possible 30 day delay. Tried Live Chat numerous times and finally got someone. I was on with her for an hour and a half and only got to the point of giving my order number before they quit responding. I paid thru PayPal and logged a complaint thru them. Hopefully they can get me a refund
Worst customer service i've EVER encountered. Long story but here it is. I placed an order april 3rd knowing that delivery would be a while. On april 15th i got an email saying just getting my order ready would be another 7-15 days. That's when i knew i needed to reach out just to see when they think orders would be going out. I waited in the queue of 99+ people for 45 minutes. I get down to number 16 FINALLY. I get a message saying "someone will be with you shortly blah blah" and i write "thank you". And what happens? I get booted back to the end of the line of 99+ people. What? I'm livid at this point. But i decided to try again. 99+ people and after 40 minutes, i get to number 21. We sat at number 21 for a good 10 minutes. What happens again?! Booted back tot he end of the queue for not reason. I understand covid is happening right now but why are they shutting off their phone number and literally giving out no email to contact them but feel ok with a live chat of a crap ton of people? Oh and the live chat is glitchy and doesn't work. I wish i could cancel my order just because i do not want to support this company anymore. But lol i have to be in a live chat to cancel! This company seems like a hoax and doesn't even understand how to handle a big volume of people. Thanks for reading this if you did lol sa fishing is actually a trash company.
