“Horrible customer service”

4/16/20

Like others I here I ordered on 4/4/20 and the shipping date keeps getting pushed back. Was 7-12 or something like that and now their site says possible 30 day delay. Tried Live Chat numerous times and finally got someone. I was on with her for an hour and a half and only got to the point of giving my order number before they quit responding. I paid thru PayPal and logged a complaint thru them. Hopefully they can get me a refund

“I encountered the same treatment today with a BOT named David (4/23/2020) I even challenged DAVID and he told me to get a refund. By far this is the worst company around and they know it yet keep screwing people.”
