I ordered a mask design becuse of COVID-19 that I could wear to work, a simple carbon fiber. I knew it would come as part of a 5 mask grab bag and intended to give the others as gifts. Instead of notifying me that the design I chose was out of stock, they simply sent me a pack of garbage masks that no one was buying. Ugly, moronic patterns and a clown face - NOTHING I could wear to work - the purpose of my purchase in the first place.
I ordered 5 masks from SA Fishing in March 2020. A few days after my order I confirmation and a tracking number. When I continued to check the tracking I noticed the masked had stay somewhere in Miami and never left. I tried reporting this to SA Fishing on their chat which said they had over 99 People ahead of me everyday and Instagram account. I noticed on the instagram account they had seen the message and blocked me from their instagram page and Facebook page.
Ordered some face shields 9 days ago and no one can tell me anything about my order. I cant even cancel the order because they are so backed up. If they cant fulfill orders why are they still running promos. Bad business, I wont be back.
I waited for my order for a month and when it finally arrived wasn't the designs I Order. So instead of them issuing a refund they send me masks I don't even want. What a waste of money! The quality of the product sucks as well! No one will contact you back from "customer service". Never again! Buyer beware!
I live about 25 miles from this company's office. I like to support local businesses so I placed an online order for 5 of their advertised in stock products. The order took over 3 weeks to ship. When it arrived I was shocked to see that they sent me 5 completely different items then what I ordered. Worse, sending the wrong product was intentional, the order came with a card saying they knowingly sent me the wrong product. Picture attached. Worse still they won't fix the issue. Their phone center is not taking phone calls, their live chat always says it has 99 people in queue in front of you and they do not return emails either. After I posted this review on another site someone purporting to be a manager called me and said they had the correct products I ordered in stock and would send them that day and send me a tracking number; they never did either. Don't fall victim to this scam.
Sent me the wrong items, said if I was not happy, they would make it right. But nobody will answer there so call "live chat". I just want to make a return.
Ordered a buy 1 get 4 face shield pack along with a 3 face shield and straw hat pack in early April. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get to me but with everything going on, whatever, that's fine.
NONE of the face shields or the hat were the ones I picked out and paid for. They sent a card saying they sent "replacement" designs to get them to me more quickly. Why not just email me that you can't fulfill my order and refund my money than send me crap I didn't order and still make me pay for it.
Waited on their live chat customer service for 5 HOURS to get this corrected and they disconnected me. I've private messaged them on every platform to see if they will fix this. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU and keep your money.

I would give them a negative review if possible. They charged my card and still have not shipped. I can understand a delay due to current restrictions but I did get in touch with customer service and they stated my order would ship in 48hrs that was 5 days ago. No updates and now cannot reach anyone.
I order a hat with face shields. It took them almost a month to ship the item, and then I got items that I never ordered and the items that I ordered where non-existent. I tried to contact them numerous times through chat but to no avail. Horrible service. Will never purchase again and will advise others not to purchase form them.
Until COVID-19, I planned to use these face shields for yard work but I thought they may be a more comfortable alternative to other face masks. I selected five designs (in a $15 pack) and placed an order on 4/01/20. They sent several emails pushing out the delivery dates, first a week, then a month. The order finally arrived on 4/27/20. Result: I only received ONE of the face shields I ordered originally and four random masks. They provided a note that the package included replacements versus the original order but offered a promise to "make it right". The Customer Service Agent, Sara, promised to resend the original order once it is restocked in 10-15 days. I will give them a chance to make it right but I will file a complaint if they do not agree to the original order. The face shields are thin and lightweight. They are not worth $20 each (the new price). These are just tubes of thin material. $3 each is a reasonable price with a generous markup.
So I received my masks today. And wouldn't you know it not one single mask that I ordered. To top it of they even shorted me by one mask. I ordered 6 and received 5. Also I ordered then for a specific purpose which is non Covid 19 related. I ordered specific colors for hunting and fishing. Then to top it all off you can't get anyone to answer on their live chat site. The masks are ok but the colors I received will not fill the bill.
Do not buy from them. I would have rather waited extra time for the right order.
I wish I had checked prior to purchasing. Same problems as Megan K. Ordered. Delayed order which I do not mind. Order came and Nothing was what I ordered. Cannot get a response from chat room. Says I am 99+ in line. Let computer sit for hours and went and did other things... nothing. So I am off to the BBB site to complain and instagram and anywhere else I can review this company. This is theft. Order stuff and get NOTHING of what you ordered.
Horrible customer service because there is none. The phone line doesn't work and the supposed live chat just keeps sending the same automated responses over and over. Should definitely take your business else where.
On 4/11/2020, we ordered two sets of "buy five for $20" where you pick your styles from a short list. My husband paid $15 for expedited 1 to 2 day shipping because his essential job required a face covering immediately. The SA confirmation email said we would be notified when the package shipped - that never happened. Tried to contact SA through the customer service phone number - that's down. Tried several times to contact SA via the chat to see why we never received an email with a tracking number or the package in 1 to 2 days like we paid extra for - could NEVER get past #99 in the chat queue even allowing it to sit for hours while working and watching it. Finally, fast forward to today, 4/27/20, and the package finally came. Opened it and not a single one of the 10 face coverings we ordered was in the package. The face coverings they randomly threw in looked like something you'd find at the flea market or bike week. I'm currently trying to chat again and here I am in position 99+ in the queue asking for my expedited shipping money to be refunded and also asking when the correct items are actually going to be shipped to us. This is a waste of time and $60. The right thing for SA to have done would have been to say those styles were out of stock. Instead, they clearly sent styles that no one wanted that they needed to get rid of. Do NOT purchase from SA unless you like expensive unwanted surprises. My 11 and 6 year old boys don't even want them for the boat and fishing because the designs are so hideous. Lol
Received wrong order tried calling message there closed. Tried live chat after 3 hour my computer timed out with still no answer. Understand with this virus my take longer to answer but 3 hours is unexpectable
Don't waste your time and money buying from a company that does not value customer service. I ordered a 5 for $15 ($20 with shipping) deal on face shields, and received 5 face shields within a month. Their long shipping times isn't what bothered me, it's the fact that they just send you 5 random shields even when you picked specific designs. They should put a notice on the website if that's what they're going to do, so you can decided to continue with purchase or shop else where. I understand their trying to fulfill orders quickly with COVID 19 but that is shady. Not happy with designs I received, and dealing with their customer service to resolve is impossible.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Beware of this company don't order from them at ALL. I ordered the buy 1 get 4 free masks on April 8,2020 and only received four masks plus they aren't the colors I ordered. I got online to contact them yesterday Friday April 24,2020 when they came in the mail and got to number 14 in the queue and it closed, I was like okay I'll try again early tomorrow (Saturday, today 04-25-2020) and got on at 11 am today and been trying till 5:32 eastern time. I got kicked out the line so many times and when I got through one time a worker named Eric joined the chat then immediately left the chat which makes it seem like you have been helped and starts you at the end of the line again. I try again and make it through and it is the same person Eric and he says "Eric: hello, Please allow me a moment to get back with you, I do apologize in advance if my responses are delayed. It's very busy at this moment. Please let me know how can i help you? Thank you for your patience

I was not able to get any type of help from the company and hope that no one else purchases from this company because it seems like a scam when it comes to customer service.
Beware of this company. I ordered fleece face shields along with regular face shields. Did not receive the fleece shields. Have been trying to contact via the chat as they are not accepting phone calls for 3 days now. Finally today I got thru, the 1st time they came on and immediately disconnected. After waiting thru another 99+ in the queue they answered but before I could get any response the chat shut down saying they are offline now. This was 2 hours prior to what their website said was the operating hours. This is not a Covid-19 issue, check their BBB rating as shipping the wrong items or not shipping at all has been an issue for years.
Attempted to buy some face shields. Problem 1- the day after my purchase the same masks I paid $20/each for were now 80% off. ($4) problem 2- items took over 3 weeks to ship problem 3 - when they did arrive they're not even close to what was ordered and a note was included saying that it was intentional. While I waited I ordered the same type of product from 3 other stores all arrived as described within a few days. I'd give 0 stars if I could
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: Oh yeah.! Safishing is a scam. Call it what it is. A total loss. Just except it and learn from it. But take the time out like myself and warn others. Maybe we can deter a few people from going thru the same thing.
