Placed an order. After waiting for almost a month with no communication, I was sent the wrong order because they "replaced my order for my protection". When trying to fix this, I have been placed on hold for almost 6 hours. I will never order from this company again. It is a scam
This company is ridiculous. You can't get in touch with them unless it'smom "live chat" and then you are on hold in the queur. So good luck there. I received masks i didn't choose! Don't waist your money!
Single most disappointing order I have ever placed. Didn't get what I ordered. Product is poor quality. Shipping took over a month. Understood delay considering world events. That said, 1st a reasonable hr delay notice, then 72hr delay notice, then 30 day delay notice, then nothing, then "expedited shipping" notice. Meanwhile a survey--random vs. what I actually ordered. The service, the product are garbage. I could have made a better face shield out of my grandma's used underwear!
I ordered and it said 7-10 buisness days for shipping. 7 days went by and I had not heard anything. I have been trying now for a week to talk to someone via the "live chat" emails or on their Facebook messenger. All have been ignored. I understand the covid pandemic, but these businesses using it as an excuse is unacceptable. They took my money immediately from my account and ran with it. Terrible buisness practices. They have won the "Worst company to do buisness with" and the "Worst customer service " awards from me. Don't do buisness with people like this. Send a message we will not tolerate this anymore!
Still waiting on my order after 6weeks. They gave me a tracking number but I think its a bogos number because it never tracked order. Called DHL and they told me that they never recieved items to ship. That I need to call the company again. The thing is that everytime I try to contact them it says that they have 99+ ahead of me. The number never moves. I understand if its a small company and they got over their heads, but stop taking orders and fullfill the ones you have. WILL not recommand and support.

They've been doing this for years. I ordered from them over 2 years ago, maybe longer, and the same thing happened to me. The site didn't show a backorder or item not in stock... when i got my masks a similar note was included... basically they didn't have what I wanted but we picked a replacement for you. They are a joke... i left my review on Yelp... no one there really answers the phone.
Whoever runs their social media is VERY good at suppressing reviews and comments on FB, IG, BBB. Even on Yelp... but here is where I left my review:

I placed an order for 8 face masks. Being a returning customer I had high hopes for this order but unfortunately I'm very unsatisfied. I received my order today and none of the masks are what I ordered, and they are all the same. I am willing to be patience with the order time but then receiving these ugly ones and not receiving the stickers makes me not want to purchase anything further. I hope you make my order right.
Started to order the 4 mask deal and stopped to think about it, received a message "NO YOU CAN GET 8 FOR THE SAME PRICE". Took forever to get here but expected that due to shut downs. They arrived today and ALL but 1 were the wrong design. They did include a nice note saying they did it on purpose "for my protection". I cannot find a number to call them, and tried their online LIVE chat. I have been #99 in Que for an hour now with no one ever coming to chat! PLEASE don't bother ordering from them. As you can see form the 154 1 star reviews out of 163 reviews, you are NOT going to be happy. I will try once more to get a response and change review if they fix the issues they are having.
I would have to say that they sent order updates often but when I received the order it was not what we wanted or can really use. They don't have an email address that I can contact them and I really don't have time to wait in line for live chat.
Very disappointing. Out of the five masks my family ordered one was right.
And the content that was sent to us is not appropriate for our family of friends to wear.

Like most everyone else who has been taken advantage of, I have ordered 8 items from their website, only to receive 8 items I did not order. It seems like they are clearly selling items online, that they do not in fact have. I purchased an "8 Pack" where you pick your styles online. I did not receive what I ordered, but a note saying this is "Not the design you chose, but the safety you need." What I wanted, it what I ordered.
I started a claim with PayPal, and they have agreed to pay a refund when they receive these masks back, and I'm responsible for the shipping, but on their own website, at this link: https://safishing.com/customer.../reship-and-refunds/... - it states: Missing or Incorrect Item: If you were missing an item, received the wrong item or wrong size, no worries! We will send you a return label to have the issue resolved at no cost to you.
So now I'm going to be sending back a product I did not order, and pay to send it back on my own money, not have a replacement sent, and risk them not giving me a refund when they receive it.

SO I RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT TOOK OVER A MONTH! WHEN I FINALLY GOT THEM I DIDNT GET ANY OF THE FACE SHIELD I REQUESTED! AND IT APPEARS THEY JUST SENT ME WHATEVER COLORS THEY HAD LEFT OVER, JUST GARBAGE! TOTALY NOT SATISFIED!
I ordered 5 shield package and received 5 shields but not one was anywhere near what I ordered. Not even a style I would wear. Can't get ahold of them tried multiple times. Oh had a note with them that basically said we know this is not what you ordered but it's something. Very dissatisfied would never recommend
I ordered 5 face shields and instantly got an email saying to expect a 7-15 day delay due to covid-19. It has been 17 days and I haven't gotten another email saying that it will take more time or anything of the sort. I went to their customer support page which said that their telephone service is down due to health reasons, they didn't have an email to contact them, and the only way to contact them was through their "live chat" function which put me in a queue that said I was 99 in line. After keeping it open for 2 hours, I was still 99 in the queue and if you stay inactive too long, it refreshes the chat and deletes any messages you wanted the associate to see once they did come on. They have made it virtually impossible to request a refund. If you buy something from this place, be prepared to be scammed.
I ordered some black face masks from them and instead they sent me leopard print. I have tried reaching out for a refund but nobody ever responds back. Their customer service chat is fake and they do not provide a phone number.
First my order was wrong. Only 2 out of 5 were correct. Product received does not Look like what's on line. If had to guess they made some nice custom gaiters for online display and not actual product that's shipped. Mystery face bonus face shield? The worst possible print you could imagine, no one would wear it in public.
I ordered the five pack from them 3/28/20 received the order 4/27/20 not 1 item that they sent was right and had the card in there that so many of you received with your orders stating they intentionally sent the wrong items. Right on their website it states if they are back ordered they will email with a date of when items would be back in stock. I never received one of these emails. APPAREL AND FACE SHIELD® BACK ORDERS
Due to high volume of orders we very rarely will be out of stock of an item. We will notify you by email or phone if this occurs with an estimate ship date of the Back ordered product. And they never called me. I ordered these to wear to work, But what they sent I can't wear in a Prison, I wouldn't even wear them on the street. I can't get a hold of any kind of customer service just recorded messages. Or continued disconcetion on their live chat. I ordered from them twice before with no problems now looks like their just after the money. Well they just lost a lot of business from the law enforcement of Colorado.
Didn't receive what we picked & paid for nor did we receive 1 of the 5 face shields! Tried every avenue to get a hold of them to try & fix the problem( Fb, live chat, email, phone) and NOTHING. I think they are a extremely dishonest company!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I completely believe they are out of masks that people ordered and can't fulfill orders correctly so they're just throwing their masks nobody is buying into orders and knowingly sending incorrect orders out. Myself and my mom both made big orders April 1st and just got them this week and they were COMPLETELY WRONG. Instead of our orders we just got a bunch of creepy clown masks like it's some kind of joke to them. Their customers experience is NOT their highest priority because it's now day 3 and I haven't been able to reach ANYONE about the incorrect orders we received and paid good money for. I don't believe they have any interest at all in fixing their mistakes and they refuse to get back to me even after reading my messages about the incorrect order. Horrible experience all around and now we have 10 unusable masks and paid almost $100 bucks for. If this is how they treat good paying customers then something is wrong.
Hopefully this message is read before any and every purchase is made. I have been patient and for the most part respectful up until this point. What bothers me the most is that sa fishing is using the covid 19 pandemic as a promotional tool to get recognition. Why now all of the sudden you want to donate your face shields (which don't have any filter to protect against this virus) to nurses, first responders, essential workers. Why not donate before all this, why not take care of your customers that are paying for there items and then waiting almost a month jus for a tracking number. My order was placed on 4/6/200 and it is 4/29/2020 still no real idea of when my order will be filled, but it only took you guys one day to pull the money out of my account. I have dealt with there online live chat for the past 2 weeks and they have lied over and over to me about when my order will be filled and that they're sorry for the inconvenience, if they were half as sorry as they claimed Thomas DeSernia would be delivering all these orders himself with a discount, if not free (like all the other "donations " he's given). This is a company that's looking for a quick buck and not worried about the long run. There's way more options out there that are way cheaper, same exact style, material, designs, in not better. I believe this company is a third party piggy backing off of websites that sell everything at wholesale prices (wish, dhgate, etc.), and then taxing its customers for their own profit. Like I said in the beginning hopefully every potential purchaser reads this message before making the mistake I did and the rest of the reviewers below and above me have made.

Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.
