Do not order from this company! I've had product on order for over two weeks and haven't seen anything. They don't accept phone calls and their Live Chat is ridiculous. Absolutely non-responsive!

Incomplete order

I ordered face Shields they didn't send me the ones that I had picked, they sent my order and told me they were out of the ones I picked so they sent me something else. They should have sent me an email stating that they no longer had the designs I wanted. It takes 30 days for them to even process your order if I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered from them. You can buy this same product on Etsy and get it in 4 days. You can't go onto their customer service their Live Chat is a joke there is no number to call and you can email them. I'm starting to wonder if this company is bogus

Like so many here, we ordered 8 face shields and a hat. Hat was correct but 7 seven face shields were substitutions. They images were ridiculous. Customer service is a waste of time.

I received my order which was the buy 1 get 4 free. I did this for myself and my son. Not one of the face shields were the ones I ordered. And instead of contacting me to see if I wanted a whole bunch of face shields that won't get worn or my money back. They just sent them. And I've been trying to get in contact with them for 2 days. Customer service is the worst that I've ever seen. Which I could get the right ones or my money back. But cannot reach anyone to talk about it. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered black neck gaiters for my team and received bright patterns with fish and crap all over them. They are not serviceable for tactical operations. The idea is not to be seen. SA even sent a note in the package letting mean know they intentionally sent me the wrong product, how smart $#*! is that? I tried to contact them and the LiveChat function is a scam, Robo-filled responses that mean nothing. First Responders save your hard-earned money buy anywhere else.

I have placed a few orders from SA fishing... I got everyone of the in a few days... They even got me my Christmas order that I was late in placing here before time... I have only good things to say about them I hate that people are ripping of there idea and designs... But keep up the great job... And thank you

I made a purchase in March & here it is may and it still hasnt shipped. I cant find a phone number for them and I was 99 in the queue line for live chat which you cannot exit out of if you wanna talk to them. I just wanna refund and it's nearly impossible to get one

Waited forever for my order to come in, got it and it was all wrong. They sent the faceshields but not the ones I picked. I would've liked to have been contacted before they shipped the wrong ones. Customer service is not available by phone and online chat is a joke. Not the way to do business, try ordering somewhere else.

Bordered 5 face shield out of all the five they couldn't send me one that was one that I ordered they sent me a whole bunch of different ones and then they sent me a pink one and I'm a man then they told me they'd make it right and never did

Wrong product. No customer service.
No online help. They ate just taking money and disappearing. They will send you the wrong merchandise. Then it's up to you to ship back for a return. Horrible company. Horrible experience.

I finally received my face covers from sa fishing co. It was a family pack order 3 out of 5 masks were NOT what I had selected. I paid $27 and didn't get my face covers that I wanted. They sent different ones instead. I want an order on THEM and send me the ones I wanted in the 1st place!

Waited over a month for my order. I realize the covid-19 issue caused some delays but 18 days to ship and 13 days to get here, not acceptable. I was also asked when ordering if I wanted to substitute items to speed delivery and specifically said no. When they arrived every item was wrong with a note that due to high demand and urgency they sent replacements for my immediate safety. If I needed them for my immediate safety I would be out of luck a month later anyway. Just send what I asked for and paid for

They are thieves

I ordered 4/3/20 and as of 5/2/20 I haven't even received tracking information. There customer service is chat only and if you don't stay active on it for ours waiting for them to respond it resets you in the queue line. Horrible business and they are nothing more than thief's, they will steal your money

Both of these businesses are the same. Similar websites, same building, and same phone numbers.

Both businesses are literally stealing money from people. There is no way to actually speak to anyone there, unless you're physically there. They never respond to emails, chat services, and phone calls go straight to automated machine.

If anyone has an opportunity to find out anything new from them, please post here to help everyone else get their money back.

Placed an order on 4/2/2020. As of today 5/2/2020 I have not received my order. I've tried calling the company and nobody answers the phones. I've emailed customer service and got no replies. I've tried to live chat and nobody responds. I filed a dispute with my bank for the money back and never received money back or my items that I ordered. This company needs to be shut down. They have horrible customer service. From looking at the report on BBB it seems this is a long going issue with this company. On 4/19/2020 I got an email saying my item was shipping the following day and that I'd receive a tracking number. Still have not received anything.
