My mat was lost during shipping ( not Rugs USA's fault at all!). I called Customer Support and they shipped a replacement within hours. Great experience overall and I'm very happy with my rug, thanks!

I ordered these rugs in advance of moving to a new house, with the delivery dates quoted prior to furniture being moved in, but there were several email notifications of delivery delays and the first rug and pad arrived after furniture was moved in, so everything had to be taken out of the living room to place it. The second rug arrived a day later, but the pad didn't arrive until more than a week later, so the same had to be done in the dining room. :/

The product selection and ordering process was excellent.

The value is excellent. Communication was good.

The 4 items were shipped as individual packages.
Each package had different delays (some due to bonafide weather and local flooding) and each arrived separately. This resulted in lots of follow up, scheduling, arrangements and days of wasted time.
When shipments did arrive Fed Ex jleft them just inside our building door.
The largest rug was left outside the building door.
We would strongly prefer a single consolidated shipment delivered to our condo door.
This delivery experience was such that we will will think carefully about using RugsUSA again.

Thick soft jute rug is being used as a runner for me. It's great. It blends in with everything, is very natural and with a felt pad with rubber on that bottom it doesn't move even with the dog running through the house

We love our new rug! Really beautiful and soft. Sheds a lot but hoping will calm down in a few weeks.

Fast and easy to navigate between sizes and colors

I ordered 3 rugs on 11-17-21, instead of shipping them together, each one was delivered separately. I received the first rug in four days because it was delivered by FedEx. The next 2 rugs were stuck in a Lasership Distribution Center in Ohio for 10 days. They finally made to another Lasership Distribution Center in Michigan. You would think since both rugs came in at the same time they would deliver them together. No, they delivered them separately, one a day later, and the second one 4 days later. I called customer service to see what was going on and they said their policy is to wait 10 business days, and if I didn't receive them yet, they either reorder or give me a refund. You would think they could call Lasership and see what was going on. As long as Rugs USA uses Lasership ( they have alot of complaints about their service) I won't buy from them any longer. My question to RugsUSA is why don't you use FedEx for all your shipping?

The attachment that went with our rug is bigger than the actual rug and showing.

I have ordered several things and have always been happy with the product, delivery, colors, and quality.
I especially like this bright rug and it is washable!

I just opened my replacement lamp and it is more damaged than the first damaged one.

My first go round with Rugs USA was not good. I gave them another chance and the rugs were delivered quickly and in good condition. The rugs themselves are adequate quality, but nothing mind-blowing.

Experience was great, unfortunately I had to return the rug because the thickness prevented me from being able to open our front doors!

The flawed rug was quickly replaced, and it looks great! Thanks for the professionalism and courtesy with which you handled the problem.

Loved the quality and color of the rug…just as described and shown on the picture. Came folded not rolled so there were no creases or rolling edges.
