I rated it 4 stars out of 5 because the rug I bought was a little bigger than I like but besides I loved it and made it work

The shopping was good but long. After I finally made a decision (which I never was able to before), plus the 75% sale, the purchasing experience was good.
Delivery was strange. The two rugs and mats came in three different deliveries. And when tracking, the route they took was strange. Was wondering why they started out east of MN yet went through CA and UT. Weird. Did get to know the FedX guy though.

I received my beautiful rug, the quality is great and looks exactly as shown in the pictures.

I had an issue with their service though, I needed to fix my address and I talked to 3 different people throughout the week and their information differed making me insecure about if I would receive or not the rug in the right place.

I understand it's the holidays, but I'm disappointed in the FedEx delivery. It was over a week and a half delayed from the original due date.

Excellent, fast and easy to get, great quality, I will order again!

The site was super easy to navigate and I love the selection. I'd purchase again and I love my new rug.

It was easy to buy and my rugs came quickly. The only bad part is that the tracking on my package was never updated, it wouldn't register when the package would arrive.

So so happy with my rug. Delivery experience was also excellent.

Ordering is easy. Really like the rug design, the creases from the rug being folded are not being resolved.

I ordered four rugs at once, all on sale. Great prices, came fast. One of the rugs was not what I thought. It is more jute than cotton. I don't love it but because it is so heavy it is too expensive to ship back so I will try to sell it. Not the companies fault just is what it is. I would definitely order from them again, but I will be sure to really read up on materials because the pictures look sometimes better than the product.

Only reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the rug is an inch short of the measurements that are on the description. But didn't have time to replace it for a different one. Is nice and it doesn't show stains even though is white. Love it

I was surprised at how fast our rug got to us. The quality is very nice as well. Wish I had ordered a larger size.

We love our rug and pad! It came in a timely fashion and was well packaged, which was good because my dog got to it before I did! It's beautiful and I can tell it is pretty well made.
