Rug is not as pictured by RugsUSA. It is not a subtle gray rug. It is a bold rug with a lot of black.

They track my shopping and email me discounts and sales on the items I am looking for and I always get the best price there. Shipping is usually very fast and when it takes a little extra time they notify me and follow up to make sure my order was delivered. My experience has been that the quality is great and has always been as described and pictured.

Rug is exactly as pictured and came quickly in the mail. The quality is good, and my expectations were met.

I like the option to see the rug in my space. Unfortunately the rug I chose didn't look as good in person so I will return.

The rug received barely looks like the picture. Completely different color. I returned it and had to pay for packaging/shipping.
