I received my rug Dec. 2nd and yes the smell lingers for a while. The rug is extremely soft which is nice. Some water got on the rug accidentally and now it's buckling in several places away from the spill. I've never experienced such a thing with any rug I have ever had. Not happy about it at all.

I had been eyeballing these cute leather boho pouf on other sites for a while now but didn't want to spend a fortune so when it came up here for $50 on Black Friday, I scooped one up. I am in love! It's just like the photos and so cute! Highly recommend!
There are some outdated/ not very cute rugs you have to filter out. But after that there are so many rugs that are perfect and it's hard to choose from. I always recommend rex USA to my friends family and coworkers because I think they're really good quality and a good price.
The rug fits great in the space I wanted. The pad came a few days after the rug but they warned that might happen. I'm very happy with my purchase and I purchased the warranty in case my kids stain my new rug!
This company is awful! No one works in the USA. They promise they will call you back and they never do. There website says 2 day shipping. I have been waiting now 10 days. This is fraud and they will take your money. Do not buy from them!

I placed an order 27 November. It is now 17 December and am now finding out the rigs I ordered are out of stock. These were advertised as in stock. I only know they are out bc I called. The bogus email is saying waiting on a tracking number. These are for a Christmas gift and now won't be available until sometime in January, if that is even true.
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences ever.
I'm more upset about the dishonesty than the slow service.

The carpet colors are bright and true to the photos. The wrinkles have flattened out and the carpet lays very nicely but I did put a pad underneath. I am pleased with the purchase. Think the carpet adds a sparkle to my home. And several of my friends/neighbors have said how nice the carpets look. I would/will buy again.
I ordered the a rug from you all and expected it to be much lighter in color due to the picture of the product. It does not match my decor therefore I wanted to return it and planned on picking another rug from your company. However, after calling customer service about the return fee I have been very disappointed with the response and delay of action I have seen. There was never a return label sent to my email, and still haven't received one after three business days of being promised the charge would be waved. I do not think you are putting your customers first when you charge them to return a rug that simply did not work. I am also disappointed that I was told there would be no return fee for my rug after expressing this concern and now have learned you have gone back on your word and are continuing to charge me to return it just at a lower cost. This is unacceptable customer service and I'm so frustrating having to deal with returning this rug to you.

It's a decent rug, but color is a little more faded than I thought it would be. Be careful if wrinkles in it from being rolled up during delivery.

This is the second time that I have ordered a rug from Rugs USA and both times I had shipping issues. The first time my rug was lost in shipment and then randomly showed up weeks later. This time my rug showed it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address. I called RUGS USA and they informed me that I would have to wait 5 days to put a claim in for the missing rug. I hung up the phone and called the shipping company and asked them to locate the item. It was then delivered to me within the next 12 hours.
Exactly what we wanted, thank you. 10/10 would buy from here again
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
