Easy use of website, many, many choices, very happy with the reasonable prices

Although the in-stock date kept getting pushed back, the customer service was great in trying to make it right.

Shipping bit longer than expected otherwise no complaints. Rug does have a strong smell which i hope disappears over time. I have been putting it outside to air out before actually using.

Easy and simple I'll do it again when my dogs wear raise one out!

The choices are fantastic and the rugs are quality! I've been searching for a 5×7 area rug with a matching 12ft. Runner for a long time. I was thrilled when I found these and they go so well in the space, I didn't even have to paint!

Prices were reasonable and we were able to redo our entire first floor, when were originally prepared to just do one room at a time. The quality and colors are amazing. We've three felines and the carpets clean up with a vacuum and overall are holding up better than anticipated.

Rug and reviews of it were accurate! We've enjoyed it in a high traffic area so far.

I have ordered from rugs usa several times, and have been very pleased. The ordering process is easy.
This time I did not receive the rug I ordered. I was away from home when the rug arrived so my husband thought he would surprise me by removing all of our furniture and laying the new rug down, then replacing the furnishings... a big undertaking. (He did not know what rug I ordered and trusted that what arrived was my choice.) By the time I saw the rug, it had been walked on by family and pets for quite a while so I did not attempt to return it since we had "used" it.

This is my second time to buy the same rug. Very comfy and kids love it!

Shipping was extremely fast and the price was so low that I was surprised by the quality. This rug is so soft and compliments my home perfectly.

I ordered two rug pads. I was charged immediately. I emailed and called with absolutely no response. I did not receive the pads until I put a dispute on my credit card. I returned one and have never received a credit or response. The product I kept is fine. If you want to purchase from this company, I would recommend using Wayfair rather than dealing directly. Wayfair customer service is generally excellent.
I absolutely would not deal directly with Rugs USA.

The photo on your sit shows a turquoise rug, the one I received was blue. It did not fit my decor and I had to return the rug.

Very happy with the selection, I just chose wrong. Why I thought getting a black rug with a dog and 3 cats was a good idea I'll never know. The rug itself is nice but you can see every speck of dust on it.

So simple and straightforward! L it shipped very quickly and was perfect for my space.

The rug came delivered just fine. However the rug is super thin/cheap and will simply not lay flat no matter what we do.
