I love the rug but it took a long time for it to arrive. I knew it was back ordered until a certain date but it was two weeks after that that After I made a phone call to the company to check on it they shipped it out. Almost like they forgot my order

I ordered a carpet 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. I have now cancelled my order after many attempts to contact Rugs USA about his matter and nothing being done. The first time I contacted them the agent Beth A. Told me that it was back ordered and should be in stock May 28th to June 3rd. Well, I waited then low and behold IT WAS IN STOCK. So exciting! Then, I go to check the status of the order to see if maybe it has shipped already (since I have already waited the 3 weeks) I thought I must be one of the 1st people they ship it too. Nope, still not shipped. So I figure it takes sometime to update. 2 days later... still nothing. I then call again and a different agent answers the phone, she then offers me to cancel my order, in a very condescending way, I told her I obviously did not want to cancel I just wanted my rug is all, I mean I have been waiting 3 weeks. She then puts in a request to the ware house to have my order shipped ASAP and said it would take 1 - 3 business days to update and notify me of my order status. So I wait, I then call on the 3rd business day (a little impatient already) and the agent then tells me it is back ordered until June 3rd. Mean while I go on their website and not only is it still showing its in stock but THERE ARE ONLY 9 LEFT! Lol So I called again and just cancelled the order all together. I found the same exact rug on amazon and target for $30 less. So, if you guys ever wanna order from here I recommend going on images.google.com and then search the image of the rug you want and you will most likely be able to find a better price for the carpet you were wanting to order from rugs USA from a different, more reliable, company. I am not usually a "Karen" but I am pregnant and wanted to get my babys nursery set up before his arrival like I explained to the first agent. So I am extremely frustrated that I went through all this trouble for absolutely nothing.
Happy with all of my purchase's. This is the 7th rug i have from rugs usa, and i love every single one! When it comes to style and good quality i chose the best.

Rugs match in color for rooms intended and quality is excellent.
Rugs arrived on time and well packaged. It takes a while for them to lie flat (~2 weeks) but after that they are fine. The quality is decent. Definitely not high end looking. You get what you pay for!
We were very happy with our rug purchases! Both arrived quickly, along with their pads, and were just as we expected. Nice quality, good color, & arrived quickly!

Upon opening this rug from its packaging it has a very sticky reside on it. The residue smelled horrible and took several weeks to dissipate. The rug is rarely used and has several areas where the "joints" of the jute are popping up and unraveling on the main body of the rug. Super disappointed in this rug and how it looks with only owning it a short period of time.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
