I recently purchased a (3) matching rugs for my home. The large one MUST HAVE BEEN RETURNED by someone else because it came folded not rolled, we can not get the creases out, the smaller one curled at the ends and is constantly tripping me, did not bother to open the third one. Total waste of money.

Good selection and quality but some of the items I bought didn't end up working like I wanted. The Easy return policy is simple enough but requires the customer to pay return shipping costs. With heavy things as rugs that takes a decent chunk out of the return sum. Something to consider before buying.

Last order was good, pleased with all my selections, ordering the remainder of my rugs needed for this project with Rugs USA.

All went smoothly as usual. The carpets are both great.

The rug was nice but when I tried to send it back because it was too big they said they sent FedEx to pick it up and that someone attempted to which was a lie cuz I was there all day long! I waited 3 days and no one ever picked up my rug to be returned and they kept lying to me and telling me that someone did. No note no nothing at all and I was home all day so it was a bald-faced lie! And also their returns cost money to send back it was going to cost me $25 to send back my rug taken off when they received it. Their customer service is an absolute joke! Buyer beware!

Don't except rugs to shipped without having issues. Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair shipped rugs with a carboard tubed so rugs are rolled when shipped. Rugs USA does not, I assume to save on shipping cost. I received a 8'x'10 folded rug wrapped in shrink wrap. I contacted Rugs USA & they said it will lay flat in 2 or 3 weeks. Or take the rug outside & leave in the sun for at least 2 hours. Brilliant! If the seagulls & birds use it for target practice or the rabbit's & squirrels chew on it it will be broken in. The attached photo only shows 25% of the rug. I didn't have enough energy after moving lots of furniture to weigh it down after I was on my hands & knees with a hair dryer for 75 minutes trying to flatten out the wrinkles.

Seen this rug set on you tube, hope it looks great in my space n will lay flat if so I may order more! I am looking for a solid brown rug in the washable kind also, I am having a lot of trouble finding solid colored rugs n certain sizes as well, we will see how it goes, I may be a repeat customer as well, it's hard to know what the rug looks like sometimes online?

Pictures helped me so much in choosing which rug would be perfect for under our bed. Seeing how they look in a room setting, made my choice much easier to make.

I ordered 2 outdoor rugs and the pads to go with them as they say they are recommended. I received my order and could tell that the pads would not hold up to the outdoor elements. Upon further looking at their website it does say that the pads are not recommended for outdoor use despite them being sold alongside the rugs!
The return FEDEX, which is the only was they will accept returns, will cost close to $59.

I was expecting the color to be a little whiter. There are still wrinkles in the carpet.

Overpriced Walmart garbage make sure you don't feel the sticker off the back of the rug because it will take half of the rug with it. Save your money and go to target an upgrade by far. If you think these are good rugs then you've never had a decent rug. And free returns lol I bought almost $800 worth of rugs and it would've cost me 160 to return them absolutely terrible company with Garbage quality rugs.

I had a great experience buying a rug from Rugs USA. I had been searching for a new rug and with all the options out there it's almost overwhelming. I saw an ad for Rugs USA so I looked on there and found the perfect rug and they were having a sale! Win win!

I ordered my rug almost a month ago. My rug was supposed to be delivered at the end of the week and never was. I have called every week since and was told each time to wait 3-5 days for a tracking code to be sent and still have not received one. No one will tell me if and when my rug will be sent out. And I can not get a hold of anyone with actual information. Very sketchy and upsetting

Rug came in a timely manner. Rug search process was pretty easy based on the filters. It's pretty and I like it.
