The rug was a little thinner than anticipated. Overall well delivered

I purchased two rugs and pads Rugs USA. When they arrived they weren't even what I ordered. I spent $208.00. I called immediately and they emailed me a shipping label. I sent everything back to them. I received a credit for $30.00. I called again and they told me that they only received one rug pad back. I told them I sent it back all in one box and I wanted my entire refund, in the amount of $208.00, exactly what I paid. They told me that there was a restocking fee that totaled $57.00. I told them I wasn't paying anything since they sent me something other than what I ordered. Long story short it took me four phone calls and weeks to get all of my money back. I will never order from this company again and either will my family or friends! They advertise easy returns at no charge! I don't think so! Amber, no more than my best friend What a terrible experience!

So thin, unable to vacuum. I am unable to purchase a 6 foot pad for this runner. I only purchased it a couple of weeks ago. It is so thin it cam folded up in a small bag I am not thrilled with the purchase.

I got this rug to warm up a glassed in porch where my grandchildren paint and play with clay. It is perfect for it shows no pain spatters or stains.

I received a rug and pad after the second order through customer service. They are great, but the first order never arrived, even though it said online that it had been delivered. It took several weeks (2 phone calls) to resolve the problem from my first order until the second order arrived.
