I just love the round starfish rug (ordered the 6'). Colors and material are beautiful, just like the picture. I also purchased a pad (got the better of the two options) and found it to be extremely thin, not providing any notable padding to the rug.

Using the the drop down menu for colors included purple so I did not have to look through the extensive selection of rugs. Unfortunately, the rug did not have purple in it. Yes, the rug had a mixture of red and blue and in mixing paints that makes purple but it doesn't work in rug fibers. The return process is easy but is not cheep. The prices and customer service are excellent so I will try again.

My rug arrived folded. I still haven't been able to get the creases out even after opening it up and putting heavy objects on the folds. I was expecting to be able to put the rug in place shortly after receiving it. I am very disappointed.

I received my order in about a week and a half. The colors are exactly like the picture. The rug did have some fallout but I think that is normal for fluffy rugs. It is a bit thin but for my small hallway it works great!

The shopping experience was easy, but the shipment was not what I expected. The rugs are more of a "towel-like" texture and if I would have known this, I would not have paid so much for the items. I like that they're washable and they do stay put on the pad that is underneath, but the overall feel is not what I expected...I thought they would be more like an actual rug. The designs are pretty but I won't buy them again.

I made an order for a rug on Jan. 21 with a gift card. I did not realize however that this site will not let you use a gift card. So they emailed me saying my order was canceled and that they would refund my money. Fast forward 3 days, I still haven't received my refund. I call and just ask for an ETA on when I would get that refund. The customer service rep continues to tell me "your order was canceled, we did not charge you." HOWEVER when I check my recent transactions, it was in fact taken out from them. They claimed to not have taken it. I argued with this guy for literally an hour going back and forth. ZERO customer service. Just kept repeating himself and giving me a confirmation my order was never paid WRONG. When my transactions clearly show different. Right now I am filing a dispute but could take 30-60 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. If this isn't resolved in 30 days I will be taking them to small claims court. All over $85

I've been shopping for the "right" rug for sometime and the price I found on the rug I purchased was unreal, too good to pass up. Shipping took a while, but the wait was worth it! Its perfect for my space!

I am happy to give you a thumbs up, however, these surveys are getting out of hand. I buy a lot of stuff. Completing these surveys, although seemingly quick, is not quick. To give a thoughtful review requires time I don't have. I will be back, however PLEASE no more surveys except for a thumbs up or similar.

Love this site! Always can find high quality rugs for reasonable prices! And I love all the photos of the rugs, especially the one that shows the ruler measuring the rug pile height (genius) and the "view in your space" option.

My experience with Rugs USA was very great start to finish. I had previously ordered a lamp from Amazon, it took 2 weeks to get and it looked nothing like the picture or description (said it was off white, really it was beige almost brown) when I received it and it was damaged. I found another lamp I liked and found it on a few sites. Rugs USA had the best price, so I purchased. My order arrived very quickly and the lamp was perfect!

Rug is fine, but I ordered the navy blue. The problem is, the backing is White. So when you move the rug "loops", the white shows through. I should have ordered the white or light gray. Or the rug should be manufactured on a dark colored backing. It is really a shame. Nice blue color, but I'm always seeing whit pop thru. Not enough thread / loop count to conceal it.

The initial problem in the beginning where it noted in my order status that it was delivered but it was not received and there was no way of assuring who received it was a waste of time and frankly was concerning. However, it was corrected in a timely manner, but time and convenience have been lost. It can be addressed if there's a way to sign for the packages delivered. Regarding Quality of rug. There are some loose ends, unfinished area, but I can accept it still works for our use. If it was standing alone in the middle of the room, it would be noticeable and probably get worse.

We love this rug. We bought it for the bathroom because it's washable. We still haven't tried washing it yet but the rug is thin and soft, just like we wanted. The pattern looks great in our bathroom. It did take a while to ship and arrive but the rug was worth the wait.

The mats are lovely but they come rolled up and are really tough to get to lay flat. If they were rolled in the opposite way (with the main surface side showing) this would help a lot. The mats were the wrong size. Package was labeled with the correct size but mats were too big. Had to cut.

The prices are amazing! But I've tried twice this year to buy from them and both times, the website would not let me purchase. The website was down, wouldn't process my order, etc. I've emailed them multiple times asking why I cannot purchase from them and they say it's my computer? Um, no, it's not my computer. I can buy from other companies just fine. After seeing these reviews on here, I'll go ahead and just unsubscribe from their tempting price tags.

The rug is fine except for the marks in the rug from the way it was packaged and folded. I have had the rug for about 3 weeks now and the creases are still there. Have tried sitting heavy objects on it but does not get them out. Not sure I will purchase another rug from this company if they continue to ship it all folded up.

It was fun to look for an appropriate rug. The site is excellent helping to narrow one's preferences and then to make the selection. Shipping was timely and rug was well wrapped. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

The colour of the area rug is great. I'm not sure that it will ever be completely flat because of how tightly it was packaged and there's one edge that seems to be permanently altered because of packaging.

I recently ordered a rug that came in poor condition. A very helpful customer service agent helped me return and re-order rug. Although the experience was not perfect, I am very happy with the outcome. The new rug showed up in great condition.

Good website, easy to navigate and checkout, and fast delivery made this purchase a success and my experience a positive one. I was not sure I'd be happy with the quality when I made the purchase, so it was a very pleasant surprise to find the rug was exactly what I had hoped it would be.
