Good filters so i could zero in on exactly what i was looking for. Other sites you have to look & plow through hundreds of rugs.

The one black and white rug I bought the design is uneven and the thickness was not there and it was rips in it that thank goodness could be hidden under the couch. It's certainly not the quality I was expecting but hey lesson learned trying to buy online
My rug has been sitting at "warehouse" since June 16th, 2022. When I asked today to cancel the order as it has been over a month of waiting they said they cannot cancel as it is due to ship out this week in 3-5 business days. This is the same thing they told me last week. I just want my money back the go around about this is ridiculous.
This is not the experience we want for our customers.

I purchased this rug as a gift for my wife. I still haven't opened it from the packaging, and realized this is the wrong size rug. I tried to exchange and they refused. I'll never order from here again.
I ordered a rug in the end of Oct. 2020. Expected delivery date Nov. 7,2020. No rug around mid-Nov. I emailed them... said it was backordered until Dec 23 2020. Here it is Jan 9,2021... still no message about the rug. This was hundreds of dollars. At no time does the website say this rug is backordered.

Ordered a rug a month and a half ago, was told the rug would arrive on 2/24. It is a month later and still I have no rug. I have called over and over again just to receive different deliver dates. I was told the rug would ship out 3/6 then 3/16 still no rug. I called only to be told the rug is now sold out and they can give me a 10% discount on my next order LOL. Beware if you order from this company, you may not receive your purchase so please don't get your hopes up to high. Really unacceptable and bad for business.

I ordered several rugs at some amazing deals, but one rug was just too big for our living room and had it returned. About a week or two goes by and I hadn't received my refund. I called and spoke with someone from customer service who couldn't see my return, it looked like they hadn't received it yet. With all the supply chain and delivery issues, I was worried the postage carrier had lost it. The customer support representative said she'd contact their warehouse and get back to me. Within just a few hours not only had she been able to locate my return, but issued my refund and emailed me the confirmation. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job!
Rug came much sooner than the anticipated delivery and it's what we expected - some defects in the rug, but after reading reviews of jute rugs from Rugs USA, it was expected. Pleased with what we paid.
Ordered, 2 months later, no rug. 5 emails, no answer, 3 calls, only a recording. Finally did a complaint through Amazon Pay and got an answer from them, the rug was back ordered and would be shipped in a week with a tracking number. Week came, no email with tracking number. Sent them 3 more emails, finally sent a tracking number. Still have no rug. I ordered it 2 months ago. Who knows what it will be like if and when I ever do get it. Shady company. If I could give them a 0 star I would.
This is the 4th rug I have ordered through Rugs USA. I find there is a great selection and a lot of different price points to choose from. I have also had a great experience with customer service with help over a delayed delivery.
I ordered several beautiful rugs, unfortunately, my husband thought the colors were too light to withstand the wear and tear of our lifestyle, so I returned them. The returns were easy, but paying return fees wasn't great. A word to the wise, be very certain about the rugs you are ordering, otherwise you will be paying FedEx return shipping fees!
Not sure I can blame Rugs USA but the expected delivery was many days after it was expected.
There is the traditionally awful smell that comes with rugs such as these but it seems to be going away over time.
I needed a rug quickly, rugs USA has the exact size and color I need. Cheaper than other rugs too. It said that the rug would arrive in three days, it ended up coming about a week later. Disappointing because I need a rug quickly. Other than that was very good shopping experience and easy. Would order here again.

The carpet colors are bright and true to the photos. The wrinkles have flattened out and the carpet lays very nicely but I did put a pad underneath. I am pleased with the purchase. Think the carpet adds a sparkle to my home. And several of my friends/neighbors have said how nice the carpets look. I would/will buy again.
I've lived in my apartment for 5 months couldn't find a carpet I cared for until the 4th of July sale was a must. I fell in love with it on the internet and even more when it got here. So soft and just what I needed.

I like this rug. I've been happy with how it washes easily and lays flat. After washing I give it a good vacuum, otherwise the shag sort of sticks together and flattens. Much better price that a ruggable, and much easy to lay back down after washing.
If you need a rug quickly, do not order from rugsusa. They advertise 2 day delivery on the item page. My order didn't ship for a week to begin with and then took several more days of actual delivery time. All the while, they still advertised in stock 2 day delivery on the same item.
After 2 weeks never received rug. Called several representatives and they always passed the buck! They sent pad with no rug! Asked for refund and the claimed I will get one once they reroute the rug to their shipping yard and receive it! They stole my money without providing merchandise! Going to the next step!
I ordered the gray color of this rug, and I expected it to be varied shades of gray like in the photo, but it ended up being just a flat single shade. Disappointing, but I kept it because I didn't want to deal with return shipping.
I was able to get a 12' runner at a value price for my landing. It is difficult to decipher colors on the website, so the shade of blue is not exactly what I was hoping for. However, it serves it purpose and was relatively inexpensive.
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
