My overall order experience was pretty smooth at first, but soon after I placed my order I received an email telling me that my order was delayed. I understand the shipping shortages but I felt misled by the website right from the jump. In addition to that, when I received my rug it was not exactly as vibrant as it seemed online and had several spots on the rug that can't be cleaned out. The rug does the job for the space intended, but def going to be more careful if I ever order from this place again.
My initial experience with Rugs USA was great! I had forgotten to apply my promo code so I chatted with a rep and she took immediate care of it. I purposely purchased the rug I ordered because it could be delivered quickly. The delivery date came and went, with no tracking information available. On the FedEx site it said the order had been picked up - that was it. I emailed Rugs USA for a status update and was told FedEx "lost the package and the rug I ordered won't be back in stock for 3-5 months so they will be refunding my money! To say I'm livid is an understatement! Had I NOT emailed them, I would have NEVER known my order was 'lost' and cancelled. Horrible!

I received a very large rug nicely wrapped in plastic. When I opened it up completely, the rug was damp and smelled like mold.
The company offered me at 30% credit back or I could return for new one. I was able to clean the rug so I asked for the credit.
With all of the supply chain problems going on during the pandemic, I had a low bar of expectation. However, everything (rugs, rug pads, and lamps) were all delivered in a timely manner. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of what I received.
I ordered a large rug and when I received it, the rug was most definitely not as pictured. The colors were much lighter, so much so that I thought they sent me the wrong rug. I sent them pictures and they were quick, catered their response to my need and went beyond my expectation of how the return process should go. I was very grateful for that.

This is such a beautiful rug! Looks awesome in any cool or neutral toned room. I am honestly so pleased with the quality of this rug for the price. I got it for 80% off which is a steal! I *******% recommend it to anyone!
Our order was delayed, but we overlooked that due to global supply chain issues. However, we got an email that our rug was delivered when it was not. It was a hassle to contact customer service and the email chain was hard to follow. We did eventually get our rug and everything is fine. But I'm not sure it's worth all that trouble.

Representatives have been courteous, helpful and prompt in replying to questions. The rug itself meets my needs but, if you are looking for a "good quality" rug, this may not be the product for you. The colors are not as bright as they could be and the rug itself is quite thin. However, I wanted a washable rug and this meets the criteria.
Every easy to pick a style and color to fit any room. This was my 14 th rug that I bought from USA Rugs and I have loved everyone. Great quality rugs, shipping to my home was easy for us since we work long hours and don't have time to pick up from store.
Contacted them regarding a previous order. The rug was starting to fray and I was wondering what they could do. Even though I was outside of my return window, they were going to issue a gift card to be able to purchase a new one. I'm very pleased with my new rug and the customer service I received
I really love the rug, it fits beautifully in my space and aesthetically it's exactly what I wanted. The one problem I have is that it sheds. I've had the rug for about a month and a half and initially the shedding was so bad I was vacuuming a few times a day. The shedding has gotten better but it's still there.
I believe there needed to be a little more communication about my order. I ordered it in April and never heard a word a out what was going on.I called and received a date and I said I was going to cancel if it didn't show up and the next day I received an email that my rugs were on the way
RugsUSA has incredible rugs at unreal pricing. Their shipping/fulfillment is also second to none - particularly for large awkward items like rugs (duh). You can be confident that your order will be handled with lightning speed and you'll be kept up to date along the way.
Although I had some problems flattening the round area rug we purchased (at great price!) from rugsusa, the customer service was excellent. Because of that, I am not hesitating to check the same site for purchase of another area rug. The rug looks exactly as pictured on the site and I'm very happy with the outcome.
I ordered a rug on line specifically that could be delivered by Thanksgiving.
Once the order was placed, I called Rugs USA and was told the rug was out of stock but was due in that week and I should still have it in time for Thanksgiving and that I would receive an email to that effect.
I never received an email so I called again the next week. At that time, i was told the rug would not be in stock until sometime next year (2022). If you go to the website right now - it still says you can get this rug in a week!
I just purchased my first rugs! I am outfitting an AirBNB and need to buy several! Rugs USA has such a wide selection that it made finding what I would like very easy. No driving from store to store hoping it will have what I'm looking for.
We had been looking all over for a specific size rug for our foyer for quite some time. None of the local stores carried the size. So we decided to order a rug online and chose Rugs USA. The rug arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. The quality of the rug was ok, not bad. Didn't want anything to expensive under the kitchen table. When you have kids and a dog, it's actually perfect. It's very pretty and it's what I wanted.

Pretty rug, poor quality. I cannot imagine spending what the original price was. The rug mat the description as far as size and color, and being shag. However, it is so thin, that I can feel the floor underneath it when barefoot.

I like the rug but have not been able to get the "packing creases" out of the rug. Very disappointed as I've tried ironing the rug on my hands and knees and also did the carpet cleaner on it… creases are ugly
Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
