Long time major customer of RueLaLa - numerous shipping errors, wrong items shipped, damaged items, lack of follow through from customer service. For example; RueLaLa is placing a value of $120 on items that are picked incorrectly with an MSRP of $25. I unfortunately ordered three of these for gifts with different addresses. Only part of the order showed up. Every order is now an issue. It's exhausting to try to correct all of the errors. I'm deleting the app and looking elsewhere. I purchased about 250 items a year. Personal experience dealing with my large order being sent to wrong address and then not wanting to refund my money. I took photoshots of the two "chat" conversations about the address mistake was assured both times that the address was corrected. It was not.
ZERO STARS! Wish I had seen this before placing an order with these crooks. Returned an order the following day after receiving it, 4-2-2021. Weeks went by and no refund. Customer service was HORRENDOUS, kept on telling me they hadn't received the return. Finally filed a PayPal claim. 3 weeks later they tell me the return was received 4-14-2021. They refuse to release the credit- stating I have to since I filed a claim. Nope. Not how that works- THEY need to acknowledged goods received to PayPal in order for credit to process. Over a month later I still have not received my almost $1500 refund for a return received WEEKS ago.
TODAY THEY CHARGED MY PAYPAL CREDIT ACCOUNT for $97.68. I have not ordered ANYTHING further from them and never will. TOTAL FRAUDS.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS and I'm out $1542. 27. I will not rest until these guys are out of business and can no longer rip off unsuspecting customers.
My Paris Predire product was unsealed and the tube was empty. Rue la la did not issue a refund. I would not order anything again.
1- delivery took more than 1 month
2- no response to any of my emails regarding the delay
3- they call damaged product ((less then perfect)) although they don't know what is the product.
4- for a total damage product they offer 40% off, or a total refund if you do the whole process of refund ( printing forms, labeling, packing and dropping it to DHL)
I ordered a harley davidson shirt but received a another shirt and a swimsuit instead when i notified them they wanted pictures which i sent then they told me they did not have the item i ordered so the sent a different shirt and the swimsuit as a free gift i requested a pre paid label which they refused to give me they kept offering a discount on what i paid all i want is the item i ordered i have never heard of a company that sends you something else in place of what you ordered instead of canceling your order DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!
I don't understand how a company can run in this fashion. They don't pick up phones and only refunded 1 of my 3 items I returned with no explanation and no communication. Order from somewhere else, it's not worth the time or hassle.

Did you know... that if you place an order, and then immediately... like within MINUTES, immediatly cancel... they will tell you they can't cancel it and you have to wait for it to arrive before you can return it... BUT WAIT... even tho you just placed the order minutes ago, you have to WAIT for it to ship to you and then you ship it back and then you are CHARGED for the return shipping on a product you tried to cancel MINUTES after placing?!?!?! WTF people. Oh... and yeah, you don't have to pay the return shipping if you accept merchandise credit.
So DO NOT buy anything... do NOT checkout unless you are *******% sure, because if a milla-second passes after you submit your order, and you change your mind... you are screwed out of that money cause you can either get it back through merch. Credit or pay $9.99 for them to SHIP you something you didn't want and you to SHIP it back to them. HOW... HOW does that make any sense.
I want to know if perfumes and body creams are original? I bought a Cartier Panthere perfume and it does not smell and it is very expensive what I pay for that reason they put it so as not to return

I've reached out to Fedex And rueLala and both keep sending me to contact the other to the search the item. Their only resolution is to give me credit and refund me but I will never do business with this company again and I will never order anything from the Wendy Williams show if it comes from Rue La La.

I order around 28 box of mask, four box per order. Only the first ordered of mask is the right and the rest were wrong kind of mask. Call three times to ask for a refund and they told me to take pictures of the products that were wrong so I did. Somehow they just Don't understand that they send me the wrong mask.

I bought a hair dryer from trendy at wendy, the dryer was originally about 250 and was brought down to $30 I purchased earlier January and RU LALA has been taken $30 out of my account every week since then and I still dont have the product. I ordered an inexpensive oil painting for $209.00 + tax. The Art work was to be delivered 1/26. The Fed Ex order number reflected in the Ruelala System was not accurate. I contacted their team on 1/25 and advised the tracking information was not correct. I then called on 1/26 to note I did not receive the Art Work. Today is 2/4 and the Ruelala Team is yet working to resolve my issue. Each contact has been initiated by me with absolutely no resolution date forecasted. $209 + tax may not be a lot to Rue la la but it is my money and they are not in any hurry to resolve... I have spent hundreds of dollars in the past with this site, but the important word is in the PAST... I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from RUE LALA because of their lack of resolution skills! Incompetence at its best... is in full function at Rue La La!

I ordered 2 face products that were supposedly worth hundreds of dollars for $39 each and a $800 dollar watch for $39. First the watch was huge and I have thick wrist and it kept making clinking trinket sounds. Very cheap looking. One of the face creams was packaged securely, but based on the 2nd cream I'm afraid they might be fakes and harm my skin. The second cream, the box was moldy looking and disgusting from the cream somehow escaping the bottle. Not sure how yet. I'm posting pictures for reference. I paid a lot of money for international shipping and duty. I'm chalking this up to a lesson learned. Never again

Long waits to replies. Was asked to send in photos and was told a response email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days. Customer service does not respond to complaints promptly. Still waiting for a response. Initial email sent 9-10 business days ago and still waiting for assistance. I have never had such terrible service! It's been an incredibly frustrating experience!
DONT TRUST THE DELIVERY dates. They told me a specific date when I placed the order and my order wont be coming until almost a week later than what it said.
