Long time major customer of RueLaLa - numerous shipping errors, wrong items shipped, damaged items, lack of follow through from customer service. For example; RueLaLa is placing a value of $120 on items that are picked incorrectly with an MSRP of $25. I unfortunately ordered three of these for gifts with different addresses. Only part of the order showed up. Every order is now an issue. It's exhausting to try to correct all of the errors. I'm deleting the app and looking elsewhere. I purchased about 250 items a year.
