This company is not reputable, I orderd a butter colored jumpsuit, and received a cheap mustard colored polyester pajama!
Fraudulent operation that needs to be exposed and shut down. The rating system should include a zero, because this lt what Rotita is, a big fat 0! When I sent the pictures to them side by side, they tried to barter with me to give me a 60% refund. I told them this what not acceptable, I will only agree to send this item back and be refunded 100%.
This site has the WORST customer service ever. They tell you they will ship within 24 hours yet 10 days later there has been no activity so you cancel your order. They do not acknowledge your cancellation and instead, 2 days later, send you an email stating your order has shipped. It's coming from China so it'll take another 3 weeks. After reading the other reviews on here, I'm not expecting to receive a quality item. Usually you get what you pay for but somehow I'm pretty sure I'll be receiving FAR LESS than what I paid for. Plus they send promotional emails daily... I will never, EVER, buy from these scam artists again.

I'm not sure how this company is in business. I paid for expedited shipping (under a week) and the swimsuit didn't arrive for a month. I asked to cancel the order before it had been processed and shipped (which the company says can be done on the website), but they refused. When I got the suit, it's huge. A medium would fit a DD bust. There is no size tag on the product, so who knows truly what size I got. Every other review about returns and product quality is true as well. All I want to do is return the product for a full refund since I paid extra for express shipping, tried to cancel before it was shipped and have the wrong size. (on top of that, the white on the suit will definitely be see-through when wet).

My original order was placed on March 30,2016. It's now May 6th and I yet to receive my package in the mail. When I was finally provided with a tracking number all it says is that it's in transit. This company sent me a bathing suit that was not sized properly, and they will not take responsibility for it. I asked for a refund and they offered a 20% refund. I said that is unacceptable since it was their fault the bathing was labeled wrong, so they offered 30%. I still said that was unacceptable and they said that the best they would offer is 60% if I returned the item, and I paid for the shipping (in other words I'd be getting like 10% back since these people are from China).
Do not shop here. I don't care what the price is. Go to somewhere local and buy your clothes there. These people are scam artists and will not help, even if it is their fault! STAY AWAY!

The item does not look like what is shown online. The size is not a good fit. I am Asian and I usually buy medium on anything from Asia (small in the US) but the swimsuit is a little big and ill fitting. The swimsuit itself does not look appealing. The pictures shown online are somewhat misleading because the actual item does not look like the item at all. I wanted to exchange it to a smaller size but was told it would cost me 40% just to exchange it. I was even advised to just give it to somebody or even sell it. I'm not buying anything anymore from this site.

This bodysuit is really cute and good quality. It's super soft on the inside. I wouldn't wear a bra with this just because it's sexier without, in my opinion. I always get nervous ordering sexy bodysuits like these online but this is not a let down at all.
It took a very long time for delivery, the tracking system didn't work, and the swimsuit doesn't fit. AND someone wrote a raving review here pretending to be me, and I've had to find the darn thing, (not a simple task) and edit it. Not a desirable business practice for sure.

When I submitted a ticket and asked to return the bathing suit, they recommended that I give it to a friend. I do appreciate their humor, but I would never give a poor quality suit to a friend! The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
If I could've given a zero, that's the score this company would've gotten and even zero is too good. Do not order from this business. I ordered a bathing suit from this site and used their size chart on their website. I figured sizing would be small as product comes from China. I paid additional money to have it shipped faster. I had to follow up several times to ensure product would be delivered. Once shipped I the. Received an email that I have to pay duty on the product so a 40$ bathing suit was now costing me 70$. Once it arrived the product is 2 times to big for me. I contacted them about returning and all they have done is offer me a 3$ coupon for their web site. I should have listened to all the negative reviews on this page. I will never order from them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
