Awful quality. Stitching rubbish. Returns policy a joke. They argue the toss, and try to get you to keep it and get a percentage refund. I ordered a bathing suit, the material it is made from looks cheap and it does not fit, I have been emailing customer service back/forth for days, trying to get an RMA so I could return, would you folks believe they offered me a 20% discount if I would keep it... WTC!... a 20% discount will not make it fit and I told them so... so know they want me to give it to a family or friend... NO... I told them the bathing suit was coming back with or without an RMA and I would be filing a complaint with paypal. I have never dealt with a business likes this before.

Appaling Customer Service and never deliver your items.
I ordered a coat back at the start of February and then I kept contacted them as I had not got the item. Then at the end of March they said it will take another two weeks and still no sign. Then I chased and was told that I should go an check my local post office which had nothing. They said they delivered this which was all untrue as my CCTV footage showed they never attempted this. Then they refused to give me a full refund, which I thought was disgraceful. I'm now in May and still haven't got anything.
They are not a reliable company, poor customer service and I would suggest for you to use other reliable company's to buy from,

I ordered 5 items. Items should have been delivered in 4 days-they took a month! When they did arrive two items were not what was ordered, two were incorrect the sizes and one had holes in. I tried to contact them through their website and was asked to 'submit a ticket'. I tried this 6 times and every time I went back into the account it says no ticket submitted! The credit card company suggest I try Rotitas on line chat. This turns out to be an e-mail. The reply 2 days later states if is not worth me returning it and suggests I give the items away as a gift. I seen this beautiful swimsuit on Rotita and I ordered it in a XXL, It was more like a size 8. I had to wait a month for it to be shipped to me and now they say I have to pay to ship it to them and then give them my measurements and pay for the shipping and tax for me to get another one or for them to refund my money. But first it has to be ok through their company who you can't get a hold of. I am highly upset at this place. The good reviews are probably are probably generated by their company. Save your money don't order through this company.

The shipping address is not incorrect, or no one at home when they attempt to deliver, that's why.

I tried to cancel the order the same day, was forced to write a ticket, which never showed up. I wrote a ticket 2 times, never heard a response, they dont have a phone number on there website... Now the item has shipped and I am forced to return and pay shipping when they would not respond to my cancelation on the DAY I ORDERED IT! They finally responded to one ticket, but i had to log into the website to see the response, they told me to check the sizing chart and the return policy.

I'm not sure who theses items are meant to fit. I wear a 4 and a large is too small. I can't get my money back for a damaged bikini or a skirt that is too small. I was offered a $5 credit. One of my items never shipped and I was given even more credit. On the website free returns are advertised I can't return anything. I've asked several times and ignored. I can't even get my credit back to my card. I'm going to paypal to fight them. The clothes quality is junk. It's cheaply made, falls apart, and fits poorly. BEWARE!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
