I ordered 2 pairs of pants from their site and spent over $73.00 canadian to have them shipped.
I received the products 5 weeks later with a Mississauga waybill. Both items did not look like the picture on line and they were in childres sizes. If I want a refund I have to ship to China and pay almost $50.00 canadian.
The company is only willing to offer a $12. Credit towards my next purchase or refund if I ship back.
The quality of this product is so poor and it is clear they do not use proper size charts. DO NOT ORDER from here. Very poor quality
I ordered a bathing suit from this site and used their size chart on their website. I figured sizing would be small as product comes from China. I paid additional money to have it shipped faster. I had to follow up several times to ensure product would be delivered. Once shipped I the. Received an email that I have to pay duty on the product so a 40$ bathing suit was now costing me 70$. Once it arrived the product is 2 times to big for me. I contacted them about returning and all they have done is offer me a 3$ coupon for their web site. I should have listened to all the negative reviews on this page. I will never order from them again.
