This dress is very nice -- but your sizing is still off. I am keeping it because I am losing weight. I've ordered from you before - but it won't be clothing anymore - accessories yes - the sizing is just to far off.
Dress took a pretty long time to get to me, BUT I am SO happy with this dress! The pattern on the dress was a little different but not even that noticeable. Same colors as the one above, only thing was placement of the pattern. The length fits me H to the T. (I ordered a medium) Will be ordering again. SO excited to take this dress to the beach!

Once I contacted the company thru PayPal they refused my request for complete reimbursement with the return on the items. Instead they offered 1/3 of the $ I paid. I don't want the items. I want the $ I paid with the return of such items that I will NEVER wear.
I received a swimsuit I ordered online from Rotita, and it looks great in the picture, but in reality, the fabric they use is cheap see-through stuff, and the shape of it is TERRIBLE! The sides just gape and hang down, it would never fit anyone's body type! And the bottoms looks like wrinkled baby training pants. I was shocked at how cheap looking it is. I complained to them, sent in photos and asked for a return, but they just said "It looks the same as the website to me and it looks good quality". The offered me a $3 in store credit. That is all. Are you kidding me?! And they make it almost impossible to return since they charge you your own shipping to return it PLUS their supposed price to have shipped it to you in the first place which is 40% of the price! Ridiculous. I wish I never bought from them.

I ordered three swimsuits. One fits just fine, one doesn't have any stretch to it and the other is a little loose. First I was offered a $5.00 credit to my next order and basically asked not to return the item for it would cost me too much. This was unacceptable and now I have been told that I will only get 60% back, which is still unacceptable due to poor quality of workmanship. I am very disappointed in the product & customer service. I would even be willing to exchange the two items, if they would guarantee a better quality item.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made the mistake of ordering from this company. I contacted them because 2 days AFTER I made the order, I got an email saying that the payment hadn't cleared. I have never head of that before, nor did I want to wait, so I contacted them to cancel. They were very quick to respond to my initial request to cancel - within 24 hours and then every 5-10 minutes from there on. They told me to wait because the payment cleared. They never said anything about refunding the money, so I asked a couple more times. They then said, "okay, we can cancel your order after we receive the payment, ok?". OK... so the payment cleared 5/14. I contact them again, and now they have not responded in 2 days. And they have sent out the package - I got a shipment notification email. It's very clear that they are BS-ing. I definitely would not suggest this website. They are not trustworthy, professional, or fair. They also have terrible communication.

Ordered two bathing suits to take overseas and they weren't sent in a timely manner. I said to cancel the order and refund rather than send. We had this back and forward email for days with me saying cancel the order it's of no use to me now. Then they said sorry, can't cancel it's already sent. But I'd spent the previous four days saying don't send I don't want it. It was nowhere near the size on the order chart and after still being given the run around I gave the two bathing suits away. English isn't their first language and customer service is not even on the agenda. They have no clue. As long as they have your money they do not care what your experience is or even if you are satisfied with the goods. I will not end up with a copy/paste response like all the other poor reviews. Absolutely under any circumstances buy from this company. The skirt and dress I ordered look nothing like the stuff I ordered. I order a 12-14 which it was more like 8-10. Then when wanting to return they offered me 4 dollars to go into my online account with them. When I had spent £38. Then took a further 6 messages to get returns address by that time I had already opened a case with PayPal. And finally got a full refund and the returns address via PayPal. A horrible experience and will not order from them again ever!

I made a purchase and within hours was sent more than one invoice asking for random amounts. This made me uncomfortable so within hours of making purchase I requested repeatedly to cancel order both by wil and their ticket system. I received a message saying sorry for delay in processing. Again I said cancel order. About a week later they then said despatched! It took weeks to arrive - from China! You can imagine how cheaply it was made. I have now spent a couple of months requesting a refund and they said I have to pay return post! As I asked to cancel this I sm not happy to pay to return it. I'm now seeking legal advice and advising customs as they are not adhering to the laws and Trading Standards. Avoid this company and tell all your friends. I spent $150 for a few outfits that looked anazing on the photos. When I got my order the clothes were made of a VERY cheap and poor quality. They all were made of the EXACT same material in which was comparable to the material of your childs halloween superman spandex costume. The clothes look as if they are being manjfactured in a sweat shop by children. They come with loose threading, no inner tag, and NOT the correct size.
I mainly want to state again and stress the MATERIAL being used for the items. It should be illegal what this company is doing. The material in the photos falsely represent the clothes to scam you out of your money bc you WILL NOT get that ssme looking product just a horrible attempt of a replica!
I didnt bother to even ask for my money back. Just used this as a lesson learned to shop with my local companies. Rotita may have scammed me out of of $150 purchase but their success is only short term because I am sure they cannot RETAIN any customers with their POOR REPLICA OF PRODUCTS. I love to shop and you just gained a 1 time shopping experience with me and LOST what could have been a life long shopper. Good luck with the $150!

This is my second order with the company. I mistakenly placed a third before this package arrived and that will definitely be my last. My first order was fine. Although one of the dresses was a little different from the picture it was acceptable. This second order is the absolute worse! They sent me three items without tags on the inside because I'm sure they were out of my size so they sent what they had. One dress was a completely different material from the picture and was shorter than pictured. It was supposed to be free flowing at the bottom but fit snugly and looks lIke im going to the club vs a day with the family. I'm sure it's a medium and not the large I ordered. Also looks shiny and cheap when the one pictured is cotton and matte. The second dress was too big so I'm sure its an extra large and not a large. The jumpsuit had to be a small! Based on my measurements I can fit a large but ordered an extra large to be safe. I couldn't even get it above my knees. I read the reviews about returns so I cut it to make it into a jacket and cant even button it. Based on the size chart, my bust is a size medium. I guess I'll wear it open to avoid a total loss.

Horrible! Beware! Asian rip off! Sizes are not as advertised and they don't want to give refunds. Never use this site. Told me to give as gifts. I want my money back from this cheap clothes. They use USA models but have Asian sizes. I'm a size 6 and ordered an extra large for size 10/12 USA and it still was too small. 0 rating and very poor customer service

The sizes did not match what I ordered and I put a ticket in to get a refund and to send the suits back. I got a response saying this is an asian company witn asian sizes. Im sorry what is the worst response ever and it shouldn't matter asian or not a size is a size and should be made that way. I still have not gotten my refund. Disappointed to say the least. Quality was very poor and sizes totally wrong. Claimes through paypal to get my money back only for them to offer a partial refund. When i said no they offered me a dull refund but had to send the stuff back and i would have ro pay the cost which was £22 tracked and my original order was only £35. Learnt my lesson the hard way and defo wont be using them again

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
