I ordered a bathing suit from Rotita and have never had more issues with an online company. It took over a month to get my product. I had to send a request for status and finally received a response that the swim suit was being shipped. I wonder how much longer it would have taken if I wouldn't have sent the request for status. When the swimsuit came, it was stained with blue ink spots. In addition, it was poorly constructed and poor quality. It actually looked faded. Customer Service is a joke. The responses were insulting and not helpful. I was told that there was really nothing I could do because I would have to pay for shipping (which is more than what I originally paid for the swimsuit). They also recommended I sell my defective bathing suit online or give it as a gift. Finally, after placing several complaints, I was told that the company would be willing to give me a $3.00 credit. When you mail a defective product YOU should pay for the shipping AND refund the customers money. I will never do business with this company again. Absolute joke. Beware!

Terrible

Awful quality items received (after a long delay), although I ordered the same size in everything (as per their size guide), each item fit completely differently. Quality of material is very cheap.
I'm now having to debate back and forth that I want to return the items and they want me to keep them and offering me 15% compensation instead, telling my returning them back is expensive and takes ages. Only now reading reviews I can see that this seems to be their MO - I will never order something from this site again and will be warning all my friends not to also.

I purchased 2 swimsuits and when I received them they were not of the quality I was hoping for and were too large. I contacted their customer service, per their return policy, to get an address and authorization code. They did not want to give me the info. Told me it wouldn't be worth it to return it and that I should try to sell them. I finally got them to give me the info but are telling me that I will not get 100% refund even though I'll pay to have it shipped back to them. Bad customer service. Horrible quality.

I have just received this reply from my last review i put on this review site about ROTITA, Pah, they received my returned parcel months ago! Have ignore every email I have sent them for weeks and weeks when asking for my refund! Complete lies all of it! Oh and when they did reply once at the very beginning they only offered me part refund! Scam!

This is an Asian rip off! Cheap cheap material. Sizes are not at all correct. Extra large is literally extra small or size 4 or smaller. DO NOT BUY! It is not at all what it appear to be on the website... I will continue to shop with fashionnova.com! Every is just as it appears, sizes are true, prices reasonable and customer service is excellent...
Federal Government should put a stop to this $#*!

I recently purchased a waterfall cardigan which looked lovely on the website but the colours and quality weren't what I was expecting. I tried to return the item and I eventually managed to find a way to message the company only to be told it wasn't worth while sending the item back as I would only get a 60% refund and I would have to cover my shipping fee! So they advised me to re sell. I did this and only go £2, despite it being new. So I've lost £18.00. Very disappointed as I don't have a lot of spare cash!

ROTITA IS HORRIBLE

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering anything from Rotita! Not only is there clothes very low quality and cheaply made, they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE when dealing with a return. I was harassed about a $3.00 store credit (I will never use because I'm NOT buying anything ever again from Rotita) after I wasted $20 on something I will never wear it looks like something you would go to bed in if that! This is definitely not what you are looking for trust me. I will go back to shopping on Amazon where shipping is free and returns are easy. I have never been treated so poorly by any company like Rotita... what can I say this company is in China! SMH

DO NOT BELIEVE THE SOB STORY OF THEM WANTING TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND... THE MINUTE YOU ASK FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS THEY THREATEN YOU AND TELL YOU THAT YOU WILL PAY MORE TO RETURN THE ITEM TO STINKIN CHINA THAN YOU ORIGINALLY PAID, THIS IS ALL A GAME FOR SHOW ON THEIR PART!

No stars! Horrible customer service, false advertisement! The rep actually told me it would cost too much to return my merchandise and I should give as a gift or sell online. 2X was too small for my VERY petite size 5 daughter, who will I give it to?!

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Save yourself the hassle and don't even think about doing business with this company. It takes them FOREVER to ship your items, and once you get them and find out they are cheaply made and don't fit, the only way to return them is to pay twice as much than your original payment to send them back. There is absolutely zero customer service- all communication is done through email with someone who barely speaks English. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a jumpsuit from these two weeks ago. I tracked my order and it showed that it had been accepted and in transit, but its been in transit since 05/10/2016. I tried to submit a ticket and the system said I had the wrong tracking number and i dnt kno another way to get in touch. This is the worst shopping experience i have ever had. I am pissed. I will never order from these people ever again. They shouldn't even be on the web no more with all the complaints they get. I dnt understand why they are still in business

I just received this dress yesterday and LOVE it! The colors are vibrant as shown in the photo. I'm 5 ft. So this dress comes nicely down to my feet but doesn't touch the floor. I got the large because I like lots of room to lounge in, and it is roomy! Super comfortable and also great to dress up with accessories for a night out.
