Don't buy from Rotita

I wish I'd looked at these reviews before I ordered. The delivery took weeks, then the items were too small, very bad quality and even a different style and colour. They say satisfaction is their top quality but suggest I get my money back by selling it online 'for a great price.' I won't be scamming others as I have been scammed.

This company is running scam. The clothe they ship to you is totally different from their on-line post. Their customer service is also very bad. They ask you ship clothe back to China and you need pay expensive shipping fee. Or they suggest you to sell it on line by yourself. BAD company, Bad clothe and Bad service. When I leave negative feedback on their website, they immediately delete it. DON'T BUY FROM ROTITA.

Disgraceful company. Do not buy from them. Dreadful quality and sizing a joke and you won't get a refund. You can only contact them to purchase, you cannot possibly contact them if you want to complain or get refunded, there is no phone number or email working!

Thought I had found some lovely new clothes. When they arrived, some 7 weeks after ordering, they were of VERY poor quality, buttons falling off and stitching very poor. Returns policy is appalling, you have to return them to China at your expense, and if you're lucky, they'll give you a 60% return. It was even suggested I sell them online or donate them! I wouldn't use these as cleaning cloths, terrible scratchy material and they'll probably disintegrate if I wear them. If I had known they came from China, I would not have bought them. In future I'll check first.

The quality of the dress was not great but I would have tolerated that if it had not been several sizes too small. I had already ordered a size bigger than I thought I needed. It has proved impossible to return. Apart from their off putting conditions on returns postage and charges, I simply do not have an address and they have not responded to my requests for one.

Very bad quality

I ordered a dress turned up pretty quick but the quality is very poor loose cotton threads big ones plus a piece of odd material hanging from the bottom of the zip down to the hem. I'd say also 2-3 sizes to small.
I am so glad now there wasn't quite enough in my ppal to clear the transaction, so no payment sent if they want it back they can send me a prepaid bag and I'll willingly send it back.

Absolute rubbish

Thought I had discovered great site, how wrong I was. Ordered three items wished I had waited before my first item had arrived. Pure quality I, would not be seen dead in any of them. What a waste of money.

I also waited over 2 months for my order and when it came it looked nothing like the photos of it and the material was cheap and thin. Terrible quality. But more importantly the dress was 2 different shades of blue as if they had run out of fabric! Unbelievable! The style was good and I would have ordered other clothes but not now. The styles are good but the quality and service terrible. I will NEVER order from this site ever again

Horrible business! 1

Took for ever to receive the items and then when they arrived, were not all as the pictures, did not fit as their size chart, the workmanship was awful, I can go on and on...
They do not accept returns and if they do, they give 60% off and you have to ship to China! Which costs a fortune! Stay away, not worth a penny!

The people at rotita are really scammers. While I was trying to obtain a refund (never did although I returned the items) they have the nerve to send an email 'inviting' you to give them a good review for a discount on your next order! Seriously, how can you believe ANY 5 star review when they are paying for it? Paypal suggested I return the dresses which I did at the cost of $32.00 and rotita says they never received them! THEN I find out that once the package reaches Chine there is NO TRACKING! SO for a purchase of $79.00 plus the return shipping of $32.00 this transaction cost me $111.00! Paypal will not help, AFTER I did what they said and returned the dresses so I am really down on PP. This is what they sent me: 3-16-17

This is the worst online shopping site. The clothing I received looked NOTHING like the picture on the site. The clothes were 2 - 3 sizes too small. The fabric was cheap and see through. There was no shipping info or invoice included in the package. Return instructions are confusing. This site should be taken off the internet. This is a scam site. Beware!

I've been conned!

Like all the other reviews, this company should be closed and never able to do business again. Firstly, the advert says free shipping and the pictures of the items look really nice with big discounts. One thinks the company is in USA. However, one has to pay for shipping unless you want to wait a long time, in my case this was around £6. Both items were obviously wrongly sized and looked shabby and misshaped at the smaller and larger size, xxl they say is 16/18 but one of the items must have been a UK size 10 and the other a shabby baggy jumper at 20/22.

When I tried to contact Rotita they were asking for photos of the items and the photo was not compatible with the type they ask for. After about 7 emails and my taking pictures with a tape measure to show the size, they sent me the address and I was livid. They offered me 20% and then 30% off what I had paid and suggested I sell them to my friends in a further email. I kept asking them for a prepaid shipment label to which they totally ignored. The items were for a weekend away and I had to wear alternative clothes and had been looking forward to receiving the items.

Today I shipped them and tracked them via the Post Office, the address being China and it cost me £17.20 and now here I read that they don't pay for return shipping. I paid by PayPal initially and will be making a claim through them if I don't get my full refund and both shipping costs.

DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ROTITA AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO FACEBOOK WHERE I SEEN THE ADVERT SHOULD THEY NOT BE FORTHCOMING. PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS AS IT'S SADLY TRUE XX

I ordered a jacket from this company, their site says it ships within 5 business days. After 4 weeks I contacted them, which is a pain, there's no phone number or a straight email, it's some sort of writing a ticket and waiting until they decide to respond. They finally responded with the item out of stock. Waited another month and sent another inquiry. No answer, I send about 3 inquiries to cancel my order. When I contacted PayPal to stop my payment and cancel my order, the next I get a notification that the item was shipped, couldn't track the package for 5 days. My item finally arrived a few days ago. It looks ok, by the sleeves are super short. I'm gonna keep it just because I read on other reviews that you can't return anything. So I gave up. I just would want anyone to go thru this horrible shopping experience.

I feel so annoyed that I have been conned by Rotita. Sizing are totally wrong - at least 3 sizes too small. No returns address and when asked for was told that I would have to pay to send back to China (I had no idea the items were coming from there) and not to bother and sell them or give them to charity. So disappointed and their adverts are all over my iPad and I don't know how to remove them. Please do not get conned like me.

Ordered two swimsuits, same size, one fit well as expected, but the other was obviously sized wrong. After several attempts to return the swimsuit, all they would offer was a $5 discount on another purchase. Having this bad experience and after checking reviews, I would highly recommend staying away from Rotita.com!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Bought 2 dresses using size chart provided. Dresses arrived eventually. Sizes were much too small and the quality dreadful. Returning is not easy. No paperwork attached to delivery and no return address. On contacting Rotita using their site they asked me firstly for order number. Next email asked why I want to return items. Next email stated that the will offer me compensation as it is expensive to post to China and it will take a long time to receive money. Terms and conditions actually states refund will only be 60% of total cost and you pay for your own postage to send back. I am now waiting to be told how much 'compensation' is. Address in very small letters on address label states an address in Middlesex. Big mistake using this site. I feel like a total idiot.

Returns at this site are appalling no address or returns label to send this cheap looking 'dress'. Buyer beware supposed to be blue dress but it was two different colours the inner tier was see through. Rubbish site

Appalling

I bought 2 dresses and they are awful cheap looking and don't fit. They are refusing to give any refund and like other customers experience they are telling me to sell them or give them away. I wish I had read these reviews first.

Despite using Rotita's own size conversion chart and their reviewers advice on sizing, two of the items were far too big and the other way too small. The quality of the items is appalling - especially one of the dresses that looks like a particularly talentless child's rendering of the dress in the photo.
When I contacted the company about returning the clothes they replied that I should 'be kind' and give them to charity or sell them because it would be 'not worthy and troublesome' to return them to China! Thus far they have not given me a return address. The reviews on their site are either fake, paid for or written by the same four year old who made the dress they sent me.
Caveat emptor - buy from this company at your own peril.
