Quality is a joke

Unlike other reviews, my package arrived in a fairly timely manner, given it was coming from China. My two blouses arrived but the quality is horrible. Spot on one, uneven seams in both, buttons that won't fit into button holes, cheap fabric, etc. etc. One blouse is unwearable, the other looks like it will fall apart after one wearing. Just pissed away over $50, but at least I learned a valuable lesson to never buy online from an unknown source!

IT took forever to get my swimsuit & the darn thing is so small. The bra cup is like 5x smaller than the rest of the suit. I wish i would have read reviews first, gonna use it as a cleaning rag!

Ordered swimsuit, got wrong size! Had to beg for a return address in md. Mailed it off got there on may30 got there on june 2, didnt picked it up till 6/ 21! Mail locker rm & pick up so many at a time! Mail a letter wanting my $$ back, but no answer & no answer with calling(dont answer the phone! This company has other lines too! They need to shut down all these lines! Attorney general needs to help w/ all these people! China or not! RIP OFF COMPANY! STAY AWAY! GOOD LUCK GETTING $$ BACK!

They offered an 80% credit as the swimsuit did not fit. They allowed me to keep the swimsuit so that I didn't have to pay to ship it back. I am satisfied with the solution.

I returned my item on 6/16/2017, I emailed the company several times, the address they told be to return my item, will not except emails, the phone number on the package is no longer in service, next step is to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau, my ph# is *******930.

After writing my negative rewiew of my expereicne trying to return several items Rotita quickly contacted me and issued a full refund. I appreiate their response and wish that had been the case when I went through their steps for a return. I will not be ordering anything from them again but would like to acknowledge the fact that they did come through and do the right thing after all.

I bought two bathing suits and a cover up for a vacation. It took weeks to arrive since it came from China with no return info. One bathing suit fit (and I like it) the other did not and the cover up was too small. So I started a ticket to begin the return process. I've never had more difficulty communicating with a company about anything. I got an email right away that I'd gotten a response about my issue and when I clicked the link to get into their site to view my response I couldn't find anything. It says I don't have an open ticket at all. There is no customer service number to call only a place to start another ticket which does me no good at all. After tryng repeatedly I finally made it to their response which was a question which I answered and now when I got the email that a reply has been given on their end once again I can't find a way to get back to the ticket. This is crazy! How they stay in business I have no idea. I'll never order a thing from them again. Stay away!

COMPLETE SCAM

Ordered a blouse, didn't like it. Filled out entire return form including resizing the published picture of the blouse to fit their requirements... they require you to include a picture of your purchase! Got down to the submit button, clicked it and nothing happens. Check everything I entered and there was an error message that the order number was not correct. Well... it was correct. I spent 1/2 hour doing this and trying to have a "chat" all wasted effort. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL. I AM SURPRISED THEY ACTUALLY SHIPPED SOMETHING. WHERE ARE THE INTERNET POLICE? WHEN THERE IS THIS MUCH EVIDENCE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN NOW!

I purchased 2 swimsuits both tagged XL, one o. K. The other a small, not only that my bill was more then I purchased. I don't have a clue how much I'm going to be dinged for the cost of return. My suggestion buyer beware not as great as pictured and written. It's Asian sizing not for us Western women.

A rip off company,

Make ticket for return & 1 big run around. Got ticket wrong item. Contacted 2 wks ago no reply. 2 days before my 30 days, I got a reply. I could not get a ticket for over a week. Then the wrong 1 so they could delay until my time was up. This SO CALLED COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF. CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY NEED TO BE BLOCKED FROM SELLING IN THE U.S. CHEAP MADE WITH NO RETURNS. WHAT A SUCK COMPANY. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS PERIOD. I'M WARNING THE PUBLIC ON THIS COMPANY ON FACEBOOK. Ordered a swimsuit, two tops and a dress. The dress arrived damaged. The swimsuit and two tops are barely held together with thread. The thinness of the swim suit was just awful. Tried to put in a claim. Received a confirmation with a claim ticket number but they never followed up. Made several attempts to contact them. Everything arrives directly from China. My guess is that their guaranteed satisfaction is a complete scam as there is really no way to send it back to China.

Challenging the purchase on my credit card. The company can come pick up their junk from me personally. Product is a piece of junk and not as described! Get much better deals at a department store with better quality.

Its a HUGE rip off!

The swimsuit was poorly made and 2 sizes to small. I made several attempts to submit a ticket then tried to call several times
I couldn't submit the ticket BC it kept saying,"wrong order number."
I never could get anyone to answer the phone, so I guess I'm screwed here! Thank God I only ordered 1 swimsuit!
BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
I wouldn't give them a rating of 1 but its the only way I could submit! 0 is what I think they deserve!

Their sizes are all off-everything is exceptionally small. Try and return and you get no where. Lots of emails sent. They either do not answer or send you an email that tells you nothing. No way to return-address label is Chinese!
