Unlike other reviews, my package arrived in a fairly timely manner, given it was coming from China. My two blouses arrived but the quality is horrible. Spot on one, uneven seams in both, buttons that won't fit into button holes, cheap fabric, etc. etc. One blouse is unwearable, the other looks like it will fall apart after one wearing. Just pissed away over $50, but at least I learned a valuable lesson to never buy online from an unknown source!
IT took forever to get my swimsuit & the darn thing is so small. The bra cup is like 5x smaller than the rest of the suit. I wish i would have read reviews first, gonna use it as a cleaning rag!

They offered an 80% credit as the swimsuit did not fit. They allowed me to keep the swimsuit so that I didn't have to pay to ship it back. I am satisfied with the solution.

After writing my negative rewiew of my expereicne trying to return several items Rotita quickly contacted me and issued a full refund. I appreiate their response and wish that had been the case when I went through their steps for a return. I will not be ordering anything from them again but would like to acknowledge the fact that they did come through and do the right thing after all.
I bought two bathing suits and a cover up for a vacation. It took weeks to arrive since it came from China with no return info. One bathing suit fit (and I like it) the other did not and the cover up was too small. So I started a ticket to begin the return process. I've never had more difficulty communicating with a company about anything. I got an email right away that I'd gotten a response about my issue and when I clicked the link to get into their site to view my response I couldn't find anything. It says I don't have an open ticket at all. There is no customer service number to call only a place to start another ticket which does me no good at all. After tryng repeatedly I finally made it to their response which was a question which I answered and now when I got the email that a reply has been given on their end once again I can't find a way to get back to the ticket. This is crazy! How they stay in business I have no idea. I'll never order a thing from them again. Stay away!
Ordered a blouse, didn't like it. Filled out entire return form including resizing the published picture of the blouse to fit their requirements... they require you to include a picture of your purchase! Got down to the submit button, clicked it and nothing happens. Check everything I entered and there was an error message that the order number was not correct. Well... it was correct. Ordered a swimsuit, two tops and a dress. The dress arrived damaged. The swimsuit and two tops are barely held together with thread. The thinness of the swim suit was just awful. Tried to put in a claim. Received a confirmation with a claim ticket number but they never followed up. Made several attempts to contact them. Everything arrives directly from China. My guess is that their guaranteed satisfaction is a complete scam as there is really no way to send it back to China.
Challenging the purchase on my credit card. The company can come pick up their junk from me personally. Product is a piece of junk and not as described! Get much better deals at a department store with better quality.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
