They offered an 80% credit as the swimsuit did not fit. They allowed me to keep the swimsuit so that I didn't have to pay to ship it back. I am satisfied with the solution.
They offered to give me an 80% credit and I keep the swimsuit, but I have not received any further communication. My credit card company has not received a credit from Rotita as of today.

I received my swimsuit and it does not fit. The site will not allow me to create a ticket to start the refund process. It doesn't even acknowledge my order number or tracking number. There is no email address, no customer service number, no way to contact them. Stay away and do not order from this company. I will dispute this charge with my credit card.
