Never received the merchandise. After I initially told them they told me to check with the post office, they weren't the ones who sent the package, China did... I paid them, not China. Post office, although package was checked in was lost before delivery and was told if it was not insured there was nothing they could do. Emailed Rotita 3 times to get an insurance claim number, no response whatsoever. Now it is too late to even try to make a claim to the PO and I'm basically SOL almost $100. Contacting BBB and my charge card company.
Took over 6 weeks to recieve this poor quality garmet. The material was a cheap thin spandex. The dress was not even close to the picture. Not worth returning. Luckilly I was able to sell at a cosignment shop for $7! I did not want to risk shipping without a refund nor give to my friend for free. The good news is I found a cute top in exchange at the Cosignment shop. Lol!

Omg... absolute cutest, most adorable dress I have ever owned. The material is super light and airy and the cats are kind of that crushed velvet texture. Pictures don't do it justice. Fits perfectly, it has a little stretch to the material, but not too much. The color is gorgeous <3.
I ordered for bathing suits. I went by their sizing chart. All 4 suits did not fit and the material was very poor quality. The return policy is horrible. They give you 30 days but you must first request a return ticket number in order to send product. They never get back to you and you have no idea where to send the product to. The products were shipped from China. I have no way of returning the products. They looked so beautiful on the website, but are cheap and horrible in person. Super disappointed. Horrible customer service. No response from the company. They don't even allow you to sign into their website in order to contact them. Very confusing and frustrating.

I wear somewhere between a Small and a Medium (5'5" 125lbs) and usually err on the side of Medium for online purchases. However, this fit a bit more between a Medium and a Large. Darling pattern and quality product! I'll still enjoy wearing it!
Thought this was a cute dress, at a great price. Checked the website and confirmed the item could be returned. It was way too small-- I'm a size 6; the M wouldn't even zip. So I go to return. I have to put the item back on and take a picture! They responded by offering me 50% back if I don't return it -- to save me the cost of shipping! But they didn't share the cost of shipping, or a return address for me to assess what the best course of action is.
In addition, their ticket system is flawed. You can close the ticket - and lose your reply-- or "go back to ticket list"- and your reply is lost. So I created a second ticket as no matter what I tried, they actually didn't have an option to save the reply once you typed it.
Really cumbersome service, clearly carefully designed to deter returns.

I tried to make a return which Rotita says must be done within 30 days. They say my email doesnt exist and yet i've received 4 emails from Rotita. I wonder if they make it impossible to return by 30 days so i cant return it at all. The BBB should investigate this company

I have never seen a garment so poorly constructed, and the size did not match the website description at all. I asked for a refund. The company offered me 50% (and I can keep the merchandise) if I didn't want to return it. I said no. The return address is in China. NOWHERE does it say that on the website. I'm still "negotiating" with them.
MY MISTAKE: I misread the return address. It is in the US. In response to my second message, The company offered me an 80% refund if I wanted to keep the items.

We ordered a couple of cute things some 19 days ago. Tracking tells me it has only today left the company, and is still in the original city!

DO NOT USE Rotita. Waste of your money and time. 3 items ordered in FEBRUARY Arrived quite quickly, but were terrible cheap material and not true to size - much too small. Then comes the fight for a refund! Refusal to send return address - just try to get you to accept a partial refund that NEVER gets actioned. Raised tickets are hard to re-find or disappear. Small sizes I wear a 12 and an xl did not fit in swimsuit. They do not honor return and your best bet is to have a credit card dispute it is the only way to get your hard earned money back.

I just received my 3 swimsuits which took over 3 weeks to get here. None of them fit and I am trying to go through the steps to return the items and have gotten NO RESPONSE. This is scandalous. There is a 30 day return policy and I am afraid that I will not get what I need in order to return the merchandise. I will NEVER order from this company again.
It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. The fabric was thin and cheaply sewn together. I
Followed the first step for return, which was to email the reason for return and wait for reply. When I didn't get a reply in 5 days, I completed another request indicating that this was my second attempt. The reply thanked me for my order. I write another request but never got a reply. By that time, over 2 weeks had passed. (The company gives you 30 days to return.) The post office advised me to forget it because they couldn't guarantee it would arrive on time unless I paid extra. General airmail to China starts around $15.
I ordered three suits I wanted to return two of them and was given a ticket to return I mailed the first one with info I was given from company only to have the packaged returned back to me unpicked up! I want my money back this company is very hard to deal with I have two suits I can't use and can't seam to return. This has been going on for months! Don't use this company

I have been trying for quite some time to get an address so I can return items. Have been offered 50% refund if I keep the items. I do not want the items. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
