Living in a very rural area ordering online is a way of life. I have ordered many times from Groupon with absolutely NO problems. Only once have I had to return an item because it was broken upon delivery. It was replaced within days, no hassle. Items have always arrived in an appropriate amount of time, at a fraction of what it would have cost had I driven to the nearest place I could have bought it over an hour away. Pay attention to the item's rating and read the reviews to avoid possibly being disappointed. I have changed my mind many times after looking at the rating and reading the reviews.

Amazon is one of the first places I go to when I'm looking for something. They may not always be the cheapest but the service is always the best. With Prime the orders are always delivered within 2 days in good condition. Kind of makes me wonder if they don't have a deal with the Post Office, UPS and FedEx to handle their packages with care because any place else I receive packages from arrive at least partially mangled. Returns also have never been a problem. I have been doing business on Amazon for over 5 years and it has proven to be #1 in my opinion.

Never received the merchandise. After I initially told them they told me to check with the post office, they weren't the ones who sent the package, China did... I paid them, not China. Post office, although package was checked in was lost before delivery and was told if it was not insured there was nothing they could do. Emailed Rotita 3 times to get an insurance claim number, no response whatsoever. Now it is too late to even try to make a claim to the PO and I'm basically SOL almost $100. Contacting BBB and my charge card company.

Tip for consumers:
I finally got a full refund after first writing the review on Sitejabber and NUMEROUS emails back and forth. Worse customer support I have ever experienced. Tip: Don't even bother with this site for your own sanity.
