I order a swim suit, it is very poor quality. The top does not match the bottom. I requested to return it, but there are no free returns as advertised because the cost to ship it back is on the customer and probably exceeds the cost of the item. I was offered a 50% refund and I could keep the useless item. So in the end I am out money.

I ordered a bathing suit, which took a long time because it came from China, which I didn't know. The bottom skirt was fine but the bottom under was a size too small, so obviously it was badly made, the same piece was two different sizes. The return process says they will call you! Really?! Who does that? A scam company from China. They did email me and offered me a refund of 80% and told me I could keep the item. Of course, as they would have to pay to send it back to China. I said no, it didn't fit, and after a few back and forths, they refunded all but about $5.
I ordered 2 swimsuits and neither fit (yes I checked the size charts before ordering.) I opened an RA that is required by Rotita.com. I received no response so I kept emailing them. Finally, they tell me that I can send back to China (shipping charges were very high) or I could accept a 40% credit to my credit card. I said I would accept the credit. They never gave the credit and never responded to any of my questions. I was not allowed to open a new RA. The system would not let me. I gave away one suit to friend and donated other one to charity. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Sizing charts have also been accurate. I also love the fact I can shop securely with paypal on their website. I have been impressed by the quality of the products I have received and will continue to shop with them!
Very good. The material is very soft and has a nice feel to it. However, the bottoms are a little bit small and the top is a bit big for my small boobs. Sides that I'm very happy.

Bought couple blouses, sizes WAY off. Asked for refund, agreed to an amount less shipping. They claim to have issued refund but nothing and it's been a most 1 month. They won't respond to calls, msgs or emails and thier ticket process is a joke. Caution don't do business with these people, if you have a problem they'll never resolve it!

I ordered a XL swimsuit, it arrived 3 weeks later. As soon as I saw it, I knew it wouldn't fit... it might have fit a size12 figure at a stretch... looked at the returns/ exchange policy... I read over the terms and conditions, and tried at least six times, every time I put the details in to submit, they disappeared... you get know where with this company. And lose all your money... this is a SCAM do not buy.!

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
