I got my dress today and it looked great on me. It fits really good. This is a really cool piece. I'm glad I bought it. Really worth the waiting and the money.

Rotita's "easy return" policy is a joke, bordering on fraud. A swim suit ordered from Rotita did not fit and, though new, looked like a worn out dish rag. To initiate the return, and following directions to "get permission" to return the suit, the reply was that my email address was incorrect. It isn't. The only phone# provided, took me to a PayPal menu that would go no further unless I opened an account. I paid with a credit card, not PayPal. Another phone number found on line for Rotita, claimed technical difficulties and to call back another day. There was NO invoice in the package received and no U.S. address. The only reason I had any info at all was because of my online confirmation email. Obviously, I'm stuck with merchandise I can't use. Red flags came up when after already paying for the suit, it said the suit would come directly from China and take up to 30 days to arrive. Warning, beware of Rotita if you have any idea, whatsoever, that you might not like it or that it might not fit. Their return policy is not easy. It's impossible!

Great customer service! I purchased a dress that was deeply discounted, and a week later I noticed that it had been discounted even further. Customer service refunded me the difference in price, and it was processed and back on my credit card in two days! Most other retailers will not do price adjustments for items that were on sale when you purchased them, but Liligal has a policy that they do price adjustments on anything within 10 days of purchase! I shop here a lot and have never had a problem!

You can get such a variety of clothes from Liligal and I have been so happy with all of my purchases. They get new stock each day and there are so many great things to choose from. Amazing prices, free shipping, discounts and lovely clothes. Definitely recommend them.

Hey, i ordered a dress from this site and they processed the order in 1 day, and the shipment took 10 work days in Europe. The product was the same one from the picture. Now I'm waiting my tops that i just ordered yesterday.
