Rotita's "easy return" policy is a joke, bordering on fraud. A swim suit ordered from Rotita did not fit and, though new, looked like a worn out dish rag. To initiate the return, and following directions to "get permission" to return the suit, the reply was that my email address was incorrect. It isn't. The only phone# provided, took me to a PayPal menu that would go no further unless I opened an account. I paid with a credit card, not PayPal. Another phone number found on line for Rotita, claimed technical difficulties and to call back another day. There was NO invoice in the package received and no U.S. address. The only reason I had any info at all was because of my online confirmation email. Obviously, I'm stuck with merchandise I can't use. Red flags came up when after already paying for the suit, it said the suit would come directly from China and take up to 30 days to arrive. Warning, beware of Rotita if you have any idea, whatsoever, that you might not like it or that it might not fit. Their return policy is not easy. It's impossible!
