I stupidly spent over £110 on this site and not one item fits me! They fit my size 12 daughter but do not fit a size 20 as it stated they should! They're saying it's pointless returning as the shipping costs are too much. There is certainly no easy 30 day refund facility. You don't even get a delivery note with return instructions and where to return to. Appalling service and total rip off! Do not waste your money like I have done. Lesson learnt!
Very sexy swimwear! First it arrived quicker than expected date, which is a plus because I needed it for my Hawaii vacation. Next its really sexy! Everything is attracted me. The most important is that their quality service. Patience to help you choose your suitable size. Excellent site!
Beware of this site! Dishonest. Take your money but don't deliver!? Ordered and paid with PayPal for safety. Almost 2 months and no parcel. Provided PayPal screen shots. Date time reference number and amount. They won't refund. That equates to stealing. Very shady. Refusing to fix the problem. Apparently PayPal proof of purchase listing all of their info is not good enough.
As a heavy women finding sexy clothes is very difficult. The swimwear tops have got me numerous compliments but more important I feel sexy and beautiful in them. Thank you for your products and outstanding service.
Steer clear! Top was out of shape, looked and felt like plastic, way too small especially under arms even for size large, way too short, threw in rubbish as not worth paying postage to return overseas, no receipt sent with parcel either.
Ordered 5 items from this company only 2 any good yellow lace dress lining that short you could see my bottom. Top that was supposed to be fits all is way to tight and one dress looked disgusting on. Wish I had of read reviews before I purchased. Refunded a small portion of my money as credit bought a top for my daughter but will never use them again.
So far, I've got really good things to say; quality of my items were way above (average) clothing these days, especially for the prices!
The material is thicker than rice paper, seams sewn well and obviously quality checked. The customer service has been both prompt, and engaging, explaining things to me with different options on (one item's) return.
I am so happy to have found this new-to-me company!
Received my order much sooner than expected. Unfortunately had to return one item which was duplicated. This was not all that easy to do but have yet to receive confirmation of receipt by Rotita. Will review experiences with future orders.
Their clothes are adorable, affordable and durable. I get so many compliments wearing the fashions everyone else is for half cost. I love how responsive their help center is, and they're always super when they update the status of my orders. I'm about to put in another! Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!
I've ordered from Rotita once before without issue. This time is different. I placed my order on April 4,2022. I am still waiting. I have been told my order would ship within 3-5 days, but those days have passed and still no shipping information. The money left my account promptly after order placement. Customer service has been no help as they have lied to me about shipping already. How long are we going to use Covid as an excuse? Enough! Very unhappy with Rotita in all aspects right now.
I followed your exchange instructions and filled in all the feels that were necessary and it would not let me submit. I tried this several times and now I'm having trouble trying to get a hold of anyone and there's no customer service phone number provided.
This is by far the worse site you can get your clothes or anything from. Customer service sucks! Shipping was late can't even track, the product itself is awful looks nothing like what they portray it to be, sizing is wrong (too small). Never again I do NOT recommend anybody buying from here because if you try to return the item, it won't happen. Super pissed ex customer.

Dress looked nothing like advertised; very poor quality; seam coming apart; tried to return within the 30 day window- no phone number to call - everything must be done on-line - it's a major production to even ask an online question without completing a form and uploading a photo. It's ridiculous! I'll never order from this company again!
I understand that ordering any garment from a site that offers 80% off designer prices would be a gamble, but this was just laughable. Ill fitting, poorly sewn, cheap fabric with cheap details... they are just so bad it's funny. Reminded me of tacky flea market clothes. It was too good to be true, but I felt I had to try. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save your money for something better.

I am a huge Rotita fan! My ordering experience was quick and painless. Their prices are great, and I received the items just as described quicker than they projected! I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again. Their lace dresses are to die for. I highly recommend this company to anyone who loves looking stylish while staying in budget.
Been close to a month and have not received my dress and bathing suit. You call the number and nobody responds. I did get an email from them after complaining I didn't receive anything and they said I can get 20% off next order! Don't do it! Total scam website. At least I'm only out about 60 bucks so could have been worse!
I place an order January 6th and still have yet to receive my items my tracking information still shows that its in China. You guys need to provide a number that US citizens can contact if your going to ship world wide. In addition on the website you make it seem like people will receive their package with 5- 7 business days. I'm highly upset about this and will never recommend anyone or buy another garment from your website the wait for the package is entirely too long.
This is another garbage clothing company... cheap, costume-quality fabric in faded colors, unfinished hems, I could go on and on.
Read the positive reviews carefully. The grammar is awkward, tenses are incorrect and the same turns of phrase are used over and over again. They've finally hired someone to author more lies about their quality and service.
Return shipping to China will cost you as much as your original purchase... do your homework, check out "What I ordered/what I got posts for the truth.
If you simply MUST learn for yourself, please don't trust your credit card number to these bandits.
After reading the reviews on sitejabber, I decided to order a couple of dresses, tops & accessories from Rotita and will definitely be a returning customer! Website is super easy to navigate with a huge choice of products, really easy to order & checkout via PayPal. Great value for money too (I even nabbed several dresses for under $20)! Discounts are run on most items adding more value & the free shipping is a nice touch. Received my order in good time expecting to "get what I paid for" in terms of quality & cheap prices yet I was extremely impressed by the quality of the clothes. Nice fabric, doesn't look like it will wear out quickly either, simply wash and wear. Customer support was very helpful & quick in their response for the little questions I had.
I had to return/exchange a swim suit I bought from Modlily and so far the experience has been seamless! They have communicated with me on the status of my return thru their site, which is very easy to use. Nothing but good to say about them!

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
