I ordered a dress to wear to a wedding. Once I received my dress it had spots on it. I took a picture of it and uploaded it to Rotita. They responded and eventually they resolved my issue by replacing my dress by sending me another one. There were no spots on the second one. I appreciated Rotita's prompt service.

If you are looking for a swimsuit, I suggest you look here. I have been very happy with the construction and fabric of the swimsuits. They have held up well and wash up nicely. They have not faded in the chlorine pools and fit well.
I was a little hesitant about ordering from here at first, mainly because if I had to return an item, I didn't know how difficult it would be, but also, sizing issues. I used my own measurements and ordered the size that corresponded. I'm happy to report that everything fit great. Shipping took approximately 2 weeks, longer than if ordering from a company in the States. Individual Items were packed in individual bags before being shipped together.
Notice of delivery could be improved so that somewhat dissatisfied me.
