Do not buy products from this company! I received an extremely poor quality dress and when I tried to return it they asked for pictures which I sent and have not received a response since. It's been 2 weeks now.
I ordered a bathing suit.
Rotita sent me the wrong one.
I notified Rotita immediately and returned it.
Now they are charging me extremely high shipping costs which Rotita inflated!
Rotita will not give me a full refund.
They're telling me that shipping costs are not refundable. My God. This was Rotita's error.
I did nothing wrong here.

All items I bought were cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture. The earrings were colored wrong, missing paint color/gems, and falling apart. The swimsuit stinks like strong chemicals no matter what I do. The shelf bra is not long enough (doesn't even cover breasts) and even if it did, the elastic is not tight at all. And the bottom is not finished - the material is just cut off, no hem or anything. Just horrible quality all around.
I am also unable to log back into my account. I have reset my password numerous times to no avail. Bad company, frustrating website, horrible products.
I'm thrilled with the length of this t-shirt. It's not too short or too long, just perfect for a flattering look. It pairs well with jeans, skirts, and shorts.
I returned an item that was a terrible fit and cheap material on 13 April 2021, following all their guidelines. Adding the postage cost to the item.
After repeated emails, I still have not received my refund.
Abysmal service and abysmal company.
Would advise anyone not to use this company.

Very fast service! I hesitated before ordering, having read some frightening feedback as well as positive reviews, especially since I planned to order from sale selections which I would not be able to return. I also ordered cautiously size wise, and erred on the large side.
Love both suits but in one case the bottoms are saggy and the other far too brief for my figure, so I would really appreciate an option for selecting top sizes separately from bottoms! As far as the separate bottoms I ordered, in each case they are a little too large also. Love colors and fabrics, and adjustable straps!
I am always concerned about buying in the UK from the USA. I was right. I purchased 5 items and returned them all. I received no refund. By the time I challenged them, the Return receipt had been lost. Despite frequent "on-line chats" I am still over £ 100 GBP out of pocket. Never again. I will only but from the UK in future where businesses are honourable.

I purchased 2 dresses from Rotita for $76 and never received them. They declined a refund too. The. Tracking number said it was delivered to my mailbox, but it was not and they were unwilling to offer a refund. They are in Hong Kong so it isn't worth the headache when ordering from these out of country places.
DO NOT ORDER FROM LILIGAL. You cannot return an item. They make it impossible. I ordered a shirt. Way too small to size. Cheap material. My worst purchase ever. They won't be around long. STAY AWAY! Do not deserve one star. Should be minus 10.

I bought a swim dress, super cute. Rcvd the suit and the color was a washed out version of what is shown on line. The hot pink was more like a putrid faded pink orange, so disappointed as I was taking it on vacation real soon. Trying to get customer service to help has become a merry go round nightmare...I keep getting Brinda, an on line chat rep, who has made numerouse promises to resolve w no results, ticket #s and even abandoned my chat twice in one day. They can not guarantee the color issue will be resolved, if I asked for a replacement. All Im asking at this point, is a full refund with no return fee charged to me, as the reason for return is an error on the part of Rotita. Cant reach anyone...my order# and images below are proof enough of purchase without disclosing more personal info
Took awhile for the order to arrive, but not so long as I thought it was lost. Just not super fast shipping. The swimsuit itself was true to size, good quality and material. Very pleased with the purchase. Would definitely order again. 5 stars even though shipping was slow.
This company is a joke! First off the material is the cheapest material i have ever seen it looks like im wearing a damn diaper. I hd to order an XXl i am and Large woman. My order took over a month to get to the US and the reps from the company would say " just wait till you get your order you will be so happy" heck not this is the worst bathing suit ever. I had to even put my own padding into the top of the bathing suit to make it even have double padding for my breast just to hold them up! What kind of international company is ripping people in the UNited States off like this please take this website down immediately they should not be allowed to sell anything i dont even want this or wear this in public im afraid to get it wet and see what happens! Ridiculous cheap company who rips people off
So I stumbled upon an ad for Rotita while shopping online. I visited and found a bathing suit and two tops online which I loved so I placed my order and received a pair of earrings as well. I looked up reviews after my order was placed and got a not so good feeling. But I have to say shipping did take a couple weeks but overall I am so satisfied in the shirt and bathing suit I bought. I did go a size bigger than what I normally wear because most anything I've bought online runs a tad small. Thank you Rotita for allowing me to shop on your site I love the new swimsuit and top!
Ordered 6 bathing suits, larger than my size since I knew it was coming from a country where everything is tiny - got them, none of them fit, asked for a return label, got it and that was the end - I had to open a case with paypal to get my money back - they conveniently never responded to my emails or let me log in - thank god for paypal or I would have been out $160.00 from these scammers - buy USA people, these clothes are not sized correctly and look way better in photos than they do in person

The only difficulty I find in ordering is determining the correct size, Other than than the white capris and one dress which were a little too roomy, the other dress and top were fine. I prefer too big rather than too small as it can be altered.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
