She said the things which came (which came about 1 month late) were TERRIBLE quality and fell apart the first time she wore them. I order clothes in this site and I'm very satisfied of the way they handle my order. The shipping is quick and I love all my clothes. The price is amazingly cheap. The customer service is excellent as well. It is surely a nice discovery!
Everything on this site looks like a dream come true, low prices, adorable clothes you can't seem to find anywhere else. Then, a month has gone by and you still don't have everything you ordered. The things that have gotten there are terrible quality, dresses come up to your belly button, and strings are falling off of them. When you try to go to their site you can't find an email, and the phone number is disconnected. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone for support. Then you click a button and get to send a request for information, which you do multiple times and still don't get a response. So at the end of it, you have $50-$100 worth of terrible clothing, you've been denied a refund, you've never been responded to, and now you're angry and searching for places to leave reviews, which, who could have guessed, is not an option!

I have nothing but positive praise for the service I have received from this company and the quality of the items that I recently purchased. Their range of styles is overwhelming and I think you will be hard pressed to find an online store that has such a large range that is affordable and good quality. It is also a great feeling when you feel like a valued customer not just a number.
I discovered Rose Wholesale by accident & found so many beautiful clothes at absolutely crazy cheap prices. I immediately bought 3 lovely tops which were ridiculously cheap & a nice quality. Their website is simple to navigate with items usually photographed at different angle so you get the complete look. Shipping was reasonable & my items arrived in a very good time frame. While their customer service was pretty good... the clothes are TERRIBLE! They are poorly made, poor quality all around. I'm 5'9 and 140 lbs. In the US I typically wear a M or L depending on the mfg. So... I ordered L and 1/2 of the clothes didn't fit me. Their L is like a S or XS in the US. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$!

I ordered 12 shirts, took over a month to be delivered. I ordered all large shirts and what I got was a XSmall by US standards. I tried returning it and they want me to lay out every single item out in clear light next to a measuring tape and take a picture so their customer department can determine if I can return the items. THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS request I have ever encounter. Not even Walmart or Target or Kmart not to mention Macy's, no store requests this. I would suggest YOU NEVER EVER order from this company. The clothes are cheap for a reason, they are POORLY MADE, TERRIBLE QUALITY and WRONG SIZES... NOT USA sizes.

Everything I ordered came intact. Before I ordered I read the items review and looked for pictures people had posted about the item. Shipping was fast and I love every single thing I ordered, just what I expected and for that price, NOT BAD!. (everything I ordered was jewelry) I will be ordering more things.
I am quite new to Rosewholesale, however I have done my first order and I am extremely happy with my overall experience. The service is fantastic and so is the quality of the items purchased. I was a little worried about the sizes however sizes fit perfectly! On top of that, prices are affordable, I will definitely keep on doing my shopping there! Thank you Rosewholesale.
Bought 3 pieces, a jumper and two jackets. Price is so cheap and shipping so expensive i thought the quality would be decent. IT WASNT EVEN WEARABLE! Asked for a return but they only give you 85% of product price. Considering I spent 60% of total cost in shipping, i thought it was not worth it sending stuff back, as i would get less than $25 for the products.
So it does look like the prices are displayed as really low but the shipping is how they make their money. Plus the 15% they get if you return the product. Try and leave a review on their website? As if they are going to display it. I LEFT ONE FOR EACH PRODUCT I BOUGHT, NONE OF THEM WERE DISPLAYED. The current reviews there are clearly made by the company themselves.

Did not realize it was from China--that explains a lot! They sent me only 4 of the 6 items I ordered, the sizes were for children not adults. I requested a full refund, no reply after 3 emails and 12 days later, when I wrote to AMEX to cancel order. They finally responded with "Wheres Waldo" return policy... go here, read this... do this. Send us pictures... I keep repeating to them. Tell me where to return goods and give me refund... we are still playing the "please go to this web site and read on how to exchange"... very frustrating. Horrible horrible place to do business-- Where is American Business Bureau when you need them!

I ordered a swim suit off their size chart. Normally I would be a medium but ordered a large to be safe. It was impossible to put on. I ordered a suit to fit bust 36-38 and hips 36-38.
When I measured the suit the bust is 24 inches and the hips are 26 inches. This is a far cry from what the chart listed. My emails have been returned promptly saying swim suits are not returnable but if i want a larger size, I should pay 85 % of the original price even though I am willing to pay the shipping costs. STAY AWAY FROM ROSE WHOLESALE! In the end, I was asked to pay an additional $6 to have the largest size sent to me. It was, and I just fit into it, but still looked a little like a sausage! I am a size 6-8 and even their XXL size just barely fit me. Still, their customer service did try to solve the problem. I ended up giving the suit to a teeny tiny student where I work.

This was my first time ordering from this company and when I opened the package, I thought that I had ordered children sizes by mistake. I live in the UK and I am of slim built (5 ' 10 ''/11.5 stones), when I researched US sizes compared to UK ones, the pattern that emerged was that I needed to order a size smaller as US sizes are generally bigger than the UK's. However, I decided to stick to what I know and ordered Medium sizes (although a UK Small would normally fit me). When I got the items and opened one of them, I instantly knew that it wouldn't fit me as it looked way too small. When tried on, it wouldn't fully fastened up, so I didn't bother opening the other items as I could see that they all had the size M written on. I have asked for a refund and have been referred to some very unclear return policy about taking pictures with a tape measure or something.
Can someone please help to explain (in plain English) what do they want me to do? I spent $98 on my order and have since found out that their sizes are based on Asian size (which they fail to mention on their website). I'm thinking of escalating this to the UK Consumer Rights Group if I do not get a refund or exchange to at least XXLs (ironic for someone who normally fit in a UK Small or Medium).

I will make this as plain and simple as possible. Some People get there orders faster because this company has a US Hub location( means some of there products are already here) There sizing is Not American Sizes. I Have made at least 5 purchases thinking maybe it has gotten better. Not so, it took 2 months to get one item. I don't care what they say to defend themselves. There models are itty bitty, they will work in you are a size 0-7 woman.
I have received items that still have the strings and threads not trimmed, some seams not completely sewed. They contacted me only when i kept emailing for package location. I was told one time to wait it will come, but i could pick something else but still pay the shipping. The US is Still worlds apart on many of there progress. Buy American and Keep our brothers and sisters employeed
